Some time ago, someone made up a fourth consequence trait for Spore. Red is for aggression, green is for idealism, and blue is for prosperity, so, naturally, yellow is for chaos and thievishness. DetrivoreObtained by - Eating meat chunks without killing cells, as well as free-floating algae pieces. Abilities earnedVampirism (Creature Stage) - This ability drains carrion of blood for quick sustenance. Camouflage (Tribal Stage) - Use this ability to raid food piles without being caught. Siphon (Civilization Stage) - This ability extracts spice from another nation's spice derrick. Energy Jack (Space Stage) - This ability gives you an immediate discount on all recharges. "Detritivorous cells feed on dead and decaying matter."This escalates to its logical conclusion come the Space Stage. Yes, he/she goes into detail on each one, superpowers and all. Philosophy - Liberty Superpower - Rise Up - Causes alien owned systems to rebel against their empire. "Revolutionaries fight for freedom and change. These are all pretty neat. I like the bandit one the best. I love the idea of decoys.

It is SOOOOO ANNOYING GAHHHHH!!! Edit: this is just one of the annoying pop ups: 743f9cc0c37f52a12c03-d367e1930ec3440c478dc7e836c7ec7d.r57.cf1.rackcdn.com/lotto/eng/lp5/congrats-apro.html?model=Apple,iPhone&voluumdata=vid..00000003-d476-4fa9-8000-000000000000__vpid..b7402800-ff80-11e5-8dc3-687d1d3a9b6d__caid..448f5fa6-9649-4e0f-960d-46469778f303__rt..DJ__lid..d1223762-9056-46e8-8477-d5e53c529269__oid1..75daa891-c5db-4762-aed7-ff0687e7bfb0__oid2..f4f3cb8c-13c0-4e38-97b2-451477097abc__var1..9288__var2..391__rd..__aid..__ab..__sid..&pubid=9288&subpubid=391&aff_sub=1460338364mb77080984618

Yeh I get them on mobile lol. I learned to just stop loading the page quickly after it shows up. That usually stops the redirection.

I never seem to get them, not even on mobile when not logged in. Try not to click on any of the banner ads though.
On the old dev forum, on the other hand, clicking anything creates a spam pop-up on desktop, and probably on mobile too.

The adware seems to suddenly be gone now, thanks for the support. Anyways I heard there is a dynamic membrane in the next update that moves like it is a real cell. I plan on making a cell with an insane amount of flagellum. Smash the WASD keys randomly, so it looks like it twerks. I plan on calling the species Nicki Minaj

I would like to take a moment to talk about chaos theory:
Several months ago, when the 0.3.0 pre-release went out, TJWhale made an off-hand comment about a glitch, giving it a catchy name. The glitch went on to be suggested as an Easter egg by me, which then made it into my signature, then into the user survey, and then became the central idea of the April Fool's releases theme song (by Oliveriver).
That glitch was Disco Mode, and it demonstrates the wildly branching paths created by random activity, and how dependent current activity is on seemingly unrelated events from the past. Also something about dinosaurs.

Glitches are the most awesome force gaming's ever seen, but you wield it like a kid that's found Missingno. "I don't think you're giving us our due credit. Our developers have done things which nobody's ever done correctly before..." Yeah, yeah, but your developers were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didnāt stop to think if they should. (Those are just repurposed Ian Malcolm quotes, don't take them seriously. I'm perfectly fine with stuff veering around like this, heck, I'm fine with something going so wrong that my creatures come out of the screen and try to eat me (they'd probably all have dysfunctional limbs anyway))

If we're doing Ian Malcolm quotes...
In response to EA:
'You stood on the shoulders of geniuses to accomplish something as fast as you could, and before you even knew what you had, you patented it, and packaged it, and slapped it on a plastic lunchbox, and now you're selling it, you wanna sell it.'
Except with a load of 'uh's in there somewhere.
