Season IV: Round X -450 AD-
Zorustians (GabrielGG ) Vote : Keep pushing the rebels with constant attacks. Roll: 20 Outcome: The Outsiders cannot fight a two-front war, and offer you all land east of the Vorl river in exchange for peace. They also offer to become your vassals in order to receive your foreign aid against the Kozir.
Vote : Give an encouraging speech to the people and name the Napsi as true warriors. Roll: 15 Outcome: The Napsi have become integrated into Zorustian society, and our two cultures and customs have assimilated, providing greater union during a time of war.
Vote: Start training soldiers with powder guns. Roll: 7 Outcome: Our soldiers are now trained and equipped with muskets.
Stability: 0 Power: 3Xhi Anuga (Immortal_Dragon ) Vote: Send envoys and missionaries to all ai/player nations we know of, and any that may yet be unknown to us. Offer them this, a place as part of the Xhi domain (vassal), provided they convert to the Anudanima religion. Do not, however, send these missives to the Thourian vassals. Roll: 17 Outcome: Xhi missionaries travel across the known to preach their faith. The religion becomes gains popularity in Hiranq, The Divine Union’s eastern colonies & even as far south as the Vorls & Athos. The ruler of the Outsiders offers to convert to the Anudanima religion provided we provide him foreign aid in their campaign against the Kozir.
Vote: Send envoys to the Thourian vassals, alerting them to the betrayal of the Thourians towards the Torics that led to their downfall. After sharing this information, offer them the same place as above with the same requirements. Roll: 17 Outcome: Many of Thouria’s vassals begin to switch allegiance to the Xhi, fearing the Xhi’s power & the Thourian’s ineptitude to protect them. Only the Oldfarmers to the east refused our offer, and opt to be annexed by the Thourians for protection. These vassals are now governed by Xhi warlords known as E’Ga. These client states, known as Gaduns, owe their allegiance to the Xhi, the figurehead, but not to the Ad’Ga, the de facto ruler of the alliance.
Vote: Knowing that the other nations shall react in a hostile manner, task the engineers to construct vast fortifications along every border we share with another nation, whether it be player or AI. Roll: 15 Outcome: Numerous fortifications are built around the perimeter of our mighty empire. You expand north to the coasts in an effort to prevent possible invasions from that region.
Vote:In the same vein as the above, a recruiting drive must be held. Recruit one out of every 20 able-bodied Xhi if you must to fill out the ranks. Roll: 18 Outcome: Our Ak’Dani warriors are trained and ready for future conquests
Vote: Now that we have succeeded in constructing one cannon variant in the organ gun. Let's size them up into siege bombards. Huge cannons that should be great for taking down fortifications/cities. Roll: 13 Outcome: We build a primitive organ gun.
Vote: Fix that darn chainmail! Again! Roll: 13 Outcome: The chainmail receives some minor enhancements.
Vote: The gorphons are clearly a ready-made war animal, let us breed our own war gorphons for our own use. Perhaps even mount our cannons or ballistae on their backs for mobile artillery. Roll: 17 Outcome: Gorphons are now mounted with cannons. This could prove to be a very deadly military unit.
EXTRA: The Kozir & Hiranq have embargoed you.
EXTRA: A plague has swept our empire, infecting thousands. Many of our port cities to the Toric Sea are quarantined in an effort to root-out the plague.Once the Xhi discovered the water was contaminated, the Aqueducts were blocked, leading to dehydration of the empire’s eastern frontiers. We must find a cure to this plague soon.
Power: 5 Stability: 3 Thourian (soundwave ) Vote : Learn new methods of use for gunpowder Roll: 20 Outcome: You design smaller and sleeker bullets which can travel at a faster and farther distance using the same amount of gunpowder, reducing expenses whilst also being more powerful. The first sniper rifles are manufactured.
Vote : Create a small border wall to keep out the Xhi Roll: 8 Outcome: A Thourian politician named Sonald Wump creates a campaign to “Make Thouria Great Again,” by constructing a wall on their southern border to keep out illegal Xhi immigrants. He also proposes putting an immigration ban on those of the Anudanima faith. We have seen a 40% decrease in illegal border crossings since the completion of the wall.
Vote : Have island colonists to take over more of the island and get more riches Roll: 1 Outcome: The islanders revolt against Thourian Rule and establish the Kingdom of Littaka.
Stability: 1 Power: 3 Divine Union (agenttine & lordclassyus ) Vote : Send our best assassins to poison the water sources of the Xhi. With their aqueducts, the plague should spread like a wild fire. Roll: 19 Outcome: We poison the Xhi water supply with plague, leading to a major quarantines along the coastal cities. Once the Xhi discovered the water was contaminated, the Aqueducts were blocked, leading to dehydration of the empire’s eastern frontiers.
Vote : Using our steam engine, modernize all our industry and start building factories - we need an industrial revolution! Roll: 2 Outcome: Little is achieved
EXTRA: The Thourians sell their continental colonies to us.
EXTRA: Anudanima missionaries have arrived in our harbors! They talk of uniting the world into a one-party state and seizing government power to military warlords.
Stability: 0 Power: 2Dun’kin Kozir (serialkiller🌴 ) Vote : try to improve the thourian poison bombs and make them a projectile for our improved cannons and mortars Roll: 2 Outcome: If ejected from a cannon or mortar the poison bombs detonate and kill the surrounding soldiers. The bombs are more practical to be thrown as grenades or used as land mines.
Vote : try to bring our mortars back to life Roll: 1 Outcome: little is acheived.
Vote : I was planning that for a while now , but now that the Xhi do the same , also try to put cannons on the back of our gorphons Roll: 11 Outcome: You manage to mount a cannon on the back of a gorphon. This new walking tank division could prove very useful in the future.
Vote : annex the outlanders Roll: 2 Outcome: The outlanders put up a fierce resistance and force our troops to retreat north of the Arguvek River, losing our grasp on North Arguvek. The Kingdom of Athos to our southwest joins allegiance with the Outsiders. We now fight a two-front war to our east & west.
Vote : again , try to use the Zorustrian military engineers Roll: 7 Outcome: The engineers perform somewhat better, improving our guns
Vote : try to unify all zirkoist schools so that they all follow our beast zirkoism Roll: 2 Outcome: Our attempts of unifying the zirkoist faith are very unpopular, particularly with the Zirks to the northeast.
EXTRA: Anudanima missionaries have arrived in our harbors! They talk of uniting the world into a one-party state and seizing government power to military warlords.
EXTRA: The Divine Union offers you their
Stability: -1 Power: 3 (+1) Hiranq Kesha (February Steam of Foushoo ) (vassal of Asteoridenreich) Vote : Attempt to annex the FNOW islands. Those generals who still have access to weapons we used in the Sirhanq War will be given authority to train the highest rank armies with these weapons. If there is not enough weapons salvagable to use in this war, some will fight with normal Hiranq technology and use Hiranq fighting strategies(like those of the shorewatchers). Shorewatcher techniques otherwise effective for defense will be attempted to be more applicable to offense though the normal shorewatcher techniques will be used as methods useful for "holding ground" events in the war and transitionary exercises to instill military discipline for newer soldiers who intend to fight in the war. We will use our university attempt to recreate the Astros weapons by studying a very small collection of these weapons and test them properly before giving them to our soldiers. Roll: 10 Outcome: The islands are captured, but the casualties are immense. There are not enough troops to patrol our empire, so many troops stationed in Sirhanq are reassigned to the Occupation of the northern archipelago.
EXTRA: Anudanima missionaries have arrived in our harbors! They talk of uniting the world into a one-party state and seizing government power to military warlords.
Stability: 0 Power: 1Chausu (Just a Dude ) Vote : Expand east and north-east. Roll: 11 Outcome: We expand along the Eastern river and encounter a new civilazation.
Vote : Begin learning to use the newly acquired tech from the Divine Union. Roll: 6 Outcome: we make few innovations to what we have already learned from the Divine Union. Some of their texts are quite difficult to read and require extensive research in translating Oclymese to Chausu.
EXTRA: You hear rumors of a powerful marauding empire to the south. The king orders the militarization of the southwest border to prepare for a potential invasion.
EXTRA: The Divine Union offers you their technology in exchange for shrimp
Stability: 3 Power: 2Littaka (aviscerator ) Introduction: Your people did not propagate their civilization independently, but instead fought for independence from the imperialist Thourian Empire. Our culture and people lived off the fish and vegetation of our island for thousands of years before the arrival of the colonists. Inspired by the Anuga Revolution to the far south, Littaka revolutionaries pushed their overlords out of their lands, and established a monarchy with a dynasty connected to all the tribal bloodlines of the island. Our civilization is plagued with debts accumulated from the revolution, as well as property damage and the displacement of thousands. How shall the new monarch approach these issues? Vote 1: Try to develop cannons from the musket principle. Vote 2: We will not negotiate a vassalisation with the rebels. They must give up their possessions, give up the revolt, and agree to be tried by the Royal Court for the crime of revolt, treachery against the nation, and unnecessary mobilization of the troops to solve internal problems. Until they accept surrender, the attacks remain. Vote 3: Create an internal network of royal spies responsible for preventing terrorist crimes (mainly linked to the revolutionaries).
Question: why the territory of the Napsi is still gray?

Well, no time like the present to get my own votes done.
Vote 1: Institute water boiling to get rid of the infection in the water so we can unblock our aqueducts.
Vote 2: Expand upon the medicinal techniques we learned from the Torics (who learned them from the Zirk) so that we can treat those who are already sick.
Vote 3: Send missionaries as agitators into the Divine Union with propaganda based around their plague attack on our people.
Vote 4: Now that there isn't a Thourian vassal in our way, send missionaries to the northeast to contact new civilizations (in the direction of the Chausu and their npc neighbors).
Vote 5: Create our own version of the steam engine.
