So something like this could happen if they were, say, underground; but it still probably wouldn't.

Try to just tag them next time, please. I honestly don't know how you can put in multiple quotes in one post either. I usually just tag those people. /shrug Use the gear button on another person's post, then Select Post. It'll allow you to quote multiple people. Huh, useful to know; thanks. I usually just click the quote button, copy the BBCode, go back, quote the next person, go to BBCode, and paste the code. Repeat for all the people you want to quote Also useful. Edit 9/29/17: Seems I kinda derailed the board, let me fix that: The Show Must Go On: Win a battle after losing 90% of your forces. Blood Begets More Blood: Fight several wars against the same enemy for over a thousand years. Enemy Of My Enemy: Make an alliance with an unfriendly nation to combat a hostile one.

Notsae please don't triple-post. Sorry, I dont' know how to reply to three different people without doing so. And I felt that waiting for someone else to post so as to not have two post touching would take too long.

Honestly, this is more of joke thread for entertainment than anything serious. I highly doubt the game will even have achievments, but it's still fun to think them up anyways; and there's always a slight chance. Speaking of which: The Tides Of Fate Favour You: At zero ATP, drift into what you need to produce more. The Tides Of Fate Bode Ill: At zero ATP, drift straight into a predator. The Gods Sigh: Evolve a creature incapable of survival. Now What?: Reach sapiance underwater. No No No No No!: Attempt to create an underwater civ. You fool, what have you done!?! I didn't mean it in a "this is a pointless thread" way but in that a lot of the stuff here is good for a laugh. It's quite possible that achievements could be a thing; Narotiza certainly wants there to be and achievements can add something to a game, whether it be a sense of acomplisment or even just a good laugh. I just think that much of what's written here shouldn't be taken too seriously.

That is Literally impossible by the very nature of the game. I love how the only achievement considered impossible consists of saving the game twice. I thought he meant having two different play throughs where two unrelated saves are exactly the same.

yeah well it's not, but robo thought it is and proceeded to turn it into that, so thanks You think that someone would put a lock on it but apparently not Why? It's not hurting anyone. And some of these could actually be put in if acievments actually become a thing. Honestly, even if this is just a "pseudo-forum game" that's no reason to shut it down; especially considering it's not in a super main section and is kinda out of the way of most things. If anything I would just recommend moving it if it's really annoying a lot of people with it being in the future game section. Do No Harm: Reach ascension without killing anything. Maximum Harm: Destroy the Galaxy after achieving ascension without killing anything.

a million universes all similair but different:have two saves that are exactly the same That is Literally impossible by the very nature of the game. Missing Something Vital: Create a creature missing a vital organ necessary for survival. Eh, That Probably Wasn't Important Anyway: Lose a limb. I Believe I Can... Die: Find out too late that the wings you made can't actually support flight.

Dominus Et Fortuna: Become the wealthiest species in the galaxy.
Fortune Favours The Bold: Deploy a potentially suicidal tactic and succeed.
The Welcoming Arms Of The Abyss: Lose an entire fleet in the void of space, far from the light of any stars.
That Very Devil Of The Stars: Create a class of mercantile space-faring mercenaries.
Death Before Dishonor: Keep fighting even when defeat is enevitable/die fighting.

I gotta say; I love it that literally half of the acievments postulated in the viable acievments thread on the dev-blog are mine!
On an unrelated note:
Death's Champion: Kill every single organism in the entire galaxy.
Gut Punch: Create an Ascension gate... only for it to explode and wipe out your race.

Unlike with the multicellular stage that takes place mostly under water were you can more or less just point your self in a direction and go (with whatever method of movement you have); the aware stage and the stages that follow take place mostly on land. Land that has uneven terrain, trees (or equivalent), smaller plants, rocky terrain, rivers, lakes, bogs, sand, ect. How exactly are creatures gonna navigate that? Moving across a flat plan is obvious; but what about climbing, or swimming, or digging? Even uneven terrain requires different animations, let alone climbing up and around objects. I imagine climbing would be like a more limited version of swimming in thick forested areas (jungles for example) but how are all the crazy looking creatures that would obviously be developed gonna look doing so? This is basically a question of animation and mechanics. I assume there would have to be some sort of procedural animation for movement of all sorts; but what of the actual mechanics climbing? Swimming could just be ported from the multicellular stage and digging would probably be similar, I suppose. Moving in sandy, muddy/swampy, and snowy areas would have to have different animations and effect how you move if realism is to be maintained.

With every step, even if you trip and fall, so long as you keep going the distant goal grows ever closer.

How would the game even register that? (forum being a Belgium)by doing everything wrong I'm with grave knight here; what would even be considered "wrong" in society stage other than being annihilated? Also, Red Ocean: Flood a planet with blood. Organic Apocalypse: Destroy a planet via directed but natural means. Inorganic Apocalypse:Destroy a planet via unnatural means. Intergalactic Institue Of Hugs: Enslave the galaxy while making them think they're better off for it.
