Hey, so I'm sorry in advance if this was discussed earlier and I couldn't find it (I'm even sorrier if this is something asked as frequently as underwater civs ), but I know and love the plan for thermoplasts, and was wondering if chemosynthesis was in the plan. I realize that in real world examples it isn't localized to an organelle, so does that mean it's not a possible adaptation for thrive's organisms? Just wondering and the last thing I want to do is add to the workload.

There has been a lot of talk about chemo-synthesis and I think it's extremely likely it will be in the game soon. It's really not so hard (it just needs an additional organelle model) and it's really important for microbes that live near deep ocean vents. Check out this eco-system too, it's really cool. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Movile_Cave
