As the title says, the parts have not been showing up when i go to the editor. I had the missing menu buttons problem which got fixed on 0.3.3, maybe that has something to do with it? Here is a picture: I noticed that an error showed on the console window: Also, the same thing is happening with the compounds:

We've seen this error before but haven't been able to dissect it. That console error is to do with the sound, so probably isn't relevant.
Could you upload the GUI folder to Dropbox or something so I can take a look at it? The elements missing are of a unique type, so I'm fairly sure there's an error with that type of GUI element. Why it's a problem for some and not others, I have no idea.

I think there may be something to do with the downloadable versions, or just downloading in general, where a significant chunk (here being the parts in the editor) are missing, therefore messing up the game. I'd recommend making sure that all downloadable versions have everything that is required. The only other thing I can think of is a bug where it doesn't recognise the data. :cyclid:

I checked for differences in all the relevant files and found nothing. I even replaced the GUI folder of my own version with that one and it works fine. So it's not a problem with those files. It's therefore either an issue with the engine, or those files' specific interaction with your system.
What specs do you have? OS, graphics, that sort of thing.

I just had to delete the ogre.cfg and when the ogre window showed up i changed the "RTT Prefered mode" from "FBO" to "PBuffer". Thanks anyway!

Huh. I have no idea why that happened, but thanks for figuring it out!
