The process system is massively, massively better. The compound bars now have a purpose other than notifying the player that they have no ATP, which with the old version was always.
I feel like reproduction is still quite unintuitive and should be integrated into the tutorial. You don't really understand what's happening when parts of your cell begin growing without your input.

I had alot of fun with this version and couldn't really find any problems with it aside from the occasional Toxin Vacuole microbe ambush. The only thing I'm confused about is how to unlock the Toxin Vacuole and Chloroplast. Did you guys just remove them for the time being? (also I noticed Cilia in the editor said 20 MP, does that mean they're in the game or just being worked on) Overall, solid release and props to MontySpud for the voice-over

I personally really like this release so far!
The game is much more balanced now and you don't die to a lack of ATP everyone ten seconds. The thing which should be improved in my opinion though is the Toxin Vacuole. It's nearly impossible to dodge the microbes that have one due to the rather slow turning speed and since it doesn't only decrease health but also reproduction progress, reproduction can get quite hard sometimes.
Nonetheless this release definitely is a step in the right direction and makes the Game much more enjoyable. (also first post on this account, yay)

It. Is. Brilliant. It's infinitely better than 0.3.3, for these reasons: The tutorial is playable, and actually has a purpose as it gives you a head start. The rate of growth is much, much faster thanks to engulfment. The toxies seem a lot less powerful, which is amazing. ATP is easy as pie to collect. Thanks to the more frequent opportunities to evolve, you have much more creative freedom with your creature.
I would say "excellent", but the inability to continue saved game because of the compound cloud bug and the inability to use ESC to get out of the menu brings it down. Still, it's a beautiful chunk of progress from the last version.
