You release the lions. Mwah ha ha. ^ But seriously, each meme could have an enforcement scale, or how radical an individual/hive/mindpool is in it's support of it and how extremely enforce it. Some will support gladiatorial games but it won't be too important to them, some will literally want to kill all who oppose gladiatorial games being allowed and vice versa. Yeah exactly. Some memes could even be anti-memes, as in "I will fight anyone who likes marine biology", for example. Another interesting avenue is that there could be disagreements. So group A could think "we are Caste A which is the top Caste" and group B could think "We are Caste 1 which is the top Caste" and so they disagree and maybe a struggle ensues until they both agree. Might be harder to implement but could lead to some awesome mechanics.

Are you summoned by the word "meme"? Yes. It's also pretty funny to see it used properly for once.

Are you summoned by the word "meme"? Yes. It's also pretty funny to see it used properly for once. There's probably a parallel universe out there in which people use the word meme properly, and you will never live there

I think the Stellaris mod "Ethics and Government Rebuild" provides a good distribution of ideologies. Speaking of Stellaris and ideologies, I found this Stellaris version of the political compass meme.

Speaking of Stellaris and ideologies, I found this Stellaris version of the political compass meme. Wait, that makes no sense even for a political compass meme. Why is authleft militarist and authright spirtualist... The only one that vaguely makes sense is libright. I guess combining two bad ideology description systems creates an extra bad one. The Stellaris political compass.

I'm guessing militarism was placed in authleft with North Korea in mind, while theocracy (absolute power derived from ancient tradition) is about as top-right as you can get. Granted, this leads to the irony that contrasting ideologies aren't across from each other.

DRPK is juche and authright only refers to theocracy... But that's besides the point, it's just a stale meme.
