Does anyone have any experience with these? What did you think? So for people who don't know you basically start with someone posting ~three creatures which participators take, edit with paint or similar program, and then post what evolutionary change happened, if it's the same species, or if it has a new name, and how it interacts. You end up with things like dragons and whale bison from mollusks and fungi. If you need an example or want to play one there's 8ch.net/evol with 4 environments

You end up with things like dragons and whale bison from mollusks and fungi. If you need an example or want to play one there's 8ch.net/evol with 4 environments Ahhh, I remember contributing to one... It started at the single cell level. It was in its early stages when I joined, and the only species included varying types of primitive multicellular colonies (shallow water, deep water, abyssal), along with their ancestors, single cells with a silicone cell wall. I started a new branch of the initial organism by just flattening it a little, then drawing "polyps" of cilia on it.
Unfortunately, it died after a while (it was on the EvoGames Reddit, which purged dead games at some point). I DID managed to throw in my ciliated cell's distant evolution (a blue, ovular creature not unlike a comb jellyfish which had six red organs I think were muscles or something), which I daresay was the most complex of anything that was made.

I played on Evogames until the very end. It was fun when people were still on but I believe most of the community moved to 4chan(8ch.net/evol comes from Evogames subreddit). I made a new subreddit on there but there is still no community. Mine instead of animal evolution it is cultural and technological evolution. www.reddit.com/r/HodCulturalEvolution/
