Keep in mind that this is just an idea and I`m not exactly the best at laying out my thoughts.
I currently don`t have a good name in mind, but the currently name idea is Confliction.
Plot: The game takes place in 2294, in a semi-dystopian future where the world has been divided into two factions, the UNH (the United Nations of Humanity which consists of North America, South America and Australia) and FOCG (Federation of Common Good which consists of Asia, Africa and Europe) that are constantly in a state of war. The UNH has created what they believe to be their greatest tool in taking the FOCG for good, the Cybernetic Spies. Each one is designed with the ability to alter their voices via voice modulators, appearance via holographic devices hidden in each major limb and they all have the intellect of a prodigy and the combat skills of a veteran soldier. Each codenamed robot (JB, SS, EA and OR) was sent to a different part of the FOCG, but all went MIA. This prompts the UNH government to send in rookie operative Oscar Reynolds to locate and if needed, terminate them. As the story progresses, Oscar begins having strange migraines, flashbacks and begins questioning things about his past. By the end, Oscar will no longer know who he really is.
Game Type: The game would be similar to one of the Telltale games, where you make decisions that not only affect the outcome, but your character and the world around you.
Protagonists:
There would be two playable characters in Confliction. In Chapters 1, 3 and 5 you play as rookie operative Oscar Reynolds as he infiltrates various cities and bases that belong to the FOCG looking for leads on the location of the missing Cybernetic Spies, along with the occasional action scene. Oscar generally keeps a cool head, but his personality can be altered by choices to have him be a bit more of a jokester, professional or even a douche. He also interacts with people including Dr. Samuel Jones, fellow operative Abigail Stanton and the mysterious masked spy VOID.
In Chapters 2, 4 and 6 you play as OR the Cybernetic Spy. OR's chapters consist of a bit more espionage, examining rooms and take place chronologically before Oscar's. They also take place in the primary government bases of the FOCG, one in Abuja, one in London and two in Asia, one being in Beijing and the other in Moscow. OR's choices can also change things in Oscar's chapter and OR's personality. OR's personality can become very ruthless, ambivalent or merciful.
In Chapter 7, the final chapter, you play as both.
Chapters:
(Chronological order)
1: Intrusion Infiltration
2: Infiltration Aquisition
3: Perplexion Termination
4: Acquisition Intrusion
5: Contemplation Perplexion
6: Termination Contemplation
7: Crisis Crisis
Trivia: Aside from OR, each of the Cybernetic Spies' codenames are named after the initials of a movie spy, a video game spy and a video game assassin. Can you name the character?
There is also one major plot twist in the game, can you guess what it is?
