Just some random ones I came up with.
Dropping Like Flies: Extinct 10 species with powered flight (Multicellular or Aware Stage).
Oops: Blow up one of your own vehicles (Industrial Stage).
Praise it!: Create a religion based around the sun (Society Stage).
Gotta Go Fast: Create a vehicle (not including spaceships) that can break the sound barrier (Industrial Stage).

Going Too Far?: Kill 20 babies (Aware).
Spontaneous Combustion: Use the suicide button more than 100 times in a single game (All stages).
Let It Snow: Change a planet's temperature to be as cold as possible (Ascension).
Horseman: Wipe out a tribe with a raiding party of only mounted fighters (Awakening).
Down You Go: Kill a creature by throwing/pushing it off a cliff (Multicelluar/Aware).

Not Sure How I feel About This...: Complete all baby related achievements.
Steve: Travel to the center of the galaxy and receive neither wisdom nor magical staffs (nor timeshares).
Diggy Diggy Hole: As an industrial stage nation, have more mining improvements than any other nation.
I Don't Want to Go: Die after playing as the same aware stage creature for over an hour.
I Hadn't Even Started!: Die within one minute of spawning in the aware stage.
