What is your species stories? It can be history of myths, or just the general story. Like after action reports or fan fictions you want to make or see.

For example, I want to create a winged omnivore species with 2 wings, 2 flexable arms with powerful claws, and strong legs that can launch my species into the air or charge on the ground. Their pack hunters with a strong sense of community and unity because of the need to coordinate both the hunt and the gathering of food back to the caves they live in. As nations, they often compete for resources due to their pack nature but usually share the resources in a barter system, if one nation proves more successful than others they join together under that nation creating a hierarchy system of governance.

Well , I think of a wolf-like bipedal species which would be omnivorous , but they would often eat meat , as they would eat fruit in case of need . They would live in packs , but they would be organiced in tasks (hunters , babysitters , guardians of their land , ...) , depending on how big is the pack . They have a strong constitution , so they can do hard tasks , as making trees fall , literally (they do this when they cannot reach the fruits they want . When they reach a high intelligence , they learn to use bones and wood as materials for creating a weapon or tool. Later , they learnt that staying in one place would be better for them , as they learnt to domesticate other animals and to grow trees (as they grown in number pretty much and they couldn't eat just meat ) . They then learnt to make better tools and weapons with rocks , and to polish those rocks so those weapons and tools would be more efficient and durable . When metalworking comes , the already developed little villages , but the main problem of this era is that these villages usually attacks others for territory and resources , as there could be like 5 or 6 villages at the bank of a river with a space of 70 letters approx. from each as they always choose the better places to live at , and "Wolfians" (name I invented right now) don't like joining other groups of their species . The most working, stronger and intelligent one in the village is named the "Brave" , who would organice the people on the village and he would be the head of the defense of the city . At the same time , there isn't any religion , as they think that assuming things without researching about them would be silly (you see the potential of this species right there xd ) . Then , we jump into the medieval-like era , which is a great era of prosperity for their kind . Wolfians now prefer to be part of a great city rather than being a small village , so it's common to see deserted little villages out there , with a terrain which will be invaded by the growing cities . There isn't actually things like states , country ,... , as their lands are the places they usually go to ( forests, where they usually hunt and get wood ; rivers or beaches , where they fish and collect shells and things like that which are used to decor their houses ; mountains and caves , where they hunt and mine iron and others,...). There is a common coin for almost every city called the "Wolen" , whose valence is divided in three classes depending on the materials they are made from(1:copper , 4:silver and 8:gold). Farms are located out of the cities , and the guards patrol these farms often so there is no problem with invasions or smuggling . The social status depends on how much do you work , but women's do just simple jobs , never hunting, mining or chopping trees for wood . There isn't any beauty ideal , but women's prefer being voluptuous by some reason , and they are allowed as long as they can still work without problems .
This is the first part of my explanation about my imaginary species XD I will post the next part...when I'm like doing so. xd

i thought of a barbaric tribe of creatures that are called typhoonites, and look like viper fish with four legs and two arms. their three fingered hands are pointed, seven jointed, and very skilled, making them excellent craftsmen. they are always at war with another tribe of frog like creatures, which they utterly destroy over and over again. when they march to the froggy villages, they destroy everything in their path, like column of army ants.they eat just about anything that moves and wont kill them, and they have a bacterial colony in a gland in their mouth that feeds off food that gets stuck near the gland, but in return dissolve the body fluids of the prey, killing it. they constantly invent new war machines, and by the era of civilization we are in now, have highly advanced warfare technologies. they build their way all the way into space, making a huge mega city/fortress into the upper atmosphere, where they launch ships from to conquer the solar system and eventually conquer and plunder the galaxy as space pirates, then making their way to genetic mutations to themselves so powerful, they ascend into a sentient energy that can shape and bend other energies, even creating and destroying energy, something known to be impossible. they can create and destroy, freeze, or evaporate entire galaxies or solar systems, and ascend other organisms and tamper with them until they are energy beings too. by now some of these beings are calmed down and no longer seek to plunder the universe, but end up warring with the more aggressive beings, scarring the universe beyond repair. from a predatory cell, to a barbaric tribe, to ascended energy beings of a higher power, these things... are freaking hideous, but i still like them. just look up a viperfish if you don't know what it looks like.

So THIS is the creature i'd like to play in Thrive. I put a stickman next to it to give you an idea of its size. It is an omnivore that lives in forest and plains, they feed mainly on plants and fruits and occasionally eat small creatures. They are of calm nature and since they have no claws, when they encounter a predator, they would flee. They live in groups. Through the years, as they become more intelligent, they begin to craft tools, develop a language (calling themselves Mejkanol) and build small villages. Despite their calm nature, conflicts started to occure as their mind developped and gave birth to different ways of thinking: some thought that violence should be used more often, others thouht that it should be used only if necessary. This created more tensions among the communities, which worried a small group in particular. This group couldn't stand seeing their siblings arguing and starting to divide, they felt their community needed to stay together without judging to stay in peace. So they gathered to find a way to reconcile everybody. After a while, one of them found a way to solve the conflicts: by connecting to the feelings and needs of each other. So they went on to use that method. It was a success, conflicts gradually dimished and that method was called "Tek-ja-nol" which means "language of peace" and was transmitted from generation to generation. Thousands of years have passed and only a few conflicts have occured. Technology has advanced, cities have been formed around the globe. The Mejkanols started looking at the stars, wandering if they were alone. They started studying nearby stars and planets, and wondered if some of them were inhabited, and if so, what do these inhabitants looked like. One of their brightest scientist emitted the hypothesis that these aliens do not look and think like anything they know, which was considered rather strange. According to the Mejkanol logic, there is no such thing has good and evil beings. But one day, strange ships descended from the sky, hovering above every major city of the planet. The Mejkanols were intrigued by these strange vessels, wondering where they'd came from and what it's inhabitants looked like and wanted. And to their shock, they found out the aliens had warlike intentions...
To be continued...

hmmm lets see if i can make something from your nightmare
this creature is the size of a cow and as long as a titanoboa, has the body of a gila monster and is a reptile ,it dosnt have eyes but has 4 large sound imetors for sonar on its head and its mouth has a split in its skull to expand its 3 rowed fanged mouth,it uses the two front legs with spikes for legs to speed acrose the land with strong back legs for bepidal movement and finaly has two large arms on its back for lifting up into its mouth
a anti-socail species the tranlastics is a predator that you must fear they speed acrose the desert forests of the planet kepler, they tackle extremely large prey like paraceriuma or glideos but hunt smaller prey more, there strong front legs can be used to run at high speeds for short periods of time or stab into there prey, there strong bite and back arms can cut into its prey with ease and cause lethal wounds but they dont stay fighting the animal they leave it to bleed out, females lay there eggs inside dead corpses then leave them to survive by them selfs but dont worry they grow quickly. during the mating seasons males present here colerful neck frills to females then will fight and in extreme cases kill the rival.they will anything that they can fit into there gut even there own kind but there lazy and cold blooded ost of the time but can warm them selfs up quickly if need be the same way mamals do.trnastics is a force to be reckon with

I have a species I want to reproduce in the game:
The Keldori are descended from hydrothermal vent dwellers. For millions of years their six strong limbs, tough outer scales (insulating them from temperature extremes with small pockets of vacuum), and thick digging claws made them the terror of the local arthropods. As volcanism took off following a serious shift in convection currents, their habitat was destroyed and they were forced to seek refuge in the planet's coral reefs. There they developed robust echolocation and simple eyes, as well as poisoned spikes on their tails. As they moved onto land, they developed an ovoviviparous lifestyle instead of developing amniotic eggs. Their planet orbits a highly active star very closely, forcing them to incorporate lead into their scales. Perhaps the most striking feature of the species is their patterns of bioluminescent integumentary organs (as unique as a fingerprint) which were necessary for the nocturnal (seriously, that sun is horrendously radioactive) Keldori to coordinate the search for new insect colonies and supplies of honey. When the Keldori formed tribes, they advanced quickly, their easy-to-sustain high calorie diet left a lot of time for thinking. They formed few communites, but each was enormous in scale. As they started the journey to space, their planet was dotted by only five megametropolises connected by hyperloops. Once in space, they advanced the galactic state of culture and science, abhorring warfare for the serious setbacks it causes. They believe that ascension is something that ought not be sought by beings that strive to improve this universe, and have instead opted to exist as digitized entities, carrying on their good work in a physical form.
Picture: [File too big, I will describe]
Head: Anteater shaped, UV Sensitive eyes (not the most sensitive on the block), four ears (capable of rotation), extendable tongue covered in adhesive glycolipids
Abdomen: Slender, four arms, upper arms lengthy terminating in dextrous graspers, lower arms short with two digging claws, back covered in bioluminescent organs
Lower Body: Humanoid legs, short tail with poisonous barbs
