Round 1I won’t post the past policies and biological description that are on the OP every time. If you want to see them check the OP.
Skyguy – Avalon Tribe Migrate south: 6 (Successful and a bonus effect)
The Avalon tribe was incredibly successful in following the rivers from the central valleys into the lands south. They were able to find plenty of food along the way, but after a period of southward migration, there has still been no encounter of the tropical environments that had been described. Fortunately, the Avalon scouts were able to find a large and bountiful lake, near which their people have settled. The lake is rich with fish, and nearby rivers harbour many plants and animals the Avalon can eat. Life for the Avalon is good.

Atrox – Notrea Tribe Migrate north: 5 (Successful)
Tribal leaders have led the Notrea people north, in search of better climates with more food and water, but the lands they have reached are still arid. They left the valleys of the south, through a mountain pass, into an open plain, beyond which they see no peaks on the horizon. Most families live near the base of the mountains west of the mountain pass, with regular hunting raids into the plains, but no groups have made attempts to explore the plains further. The Notrea are very much in contact with the Acirema tribe, who have also migrated northwards from the central arid valleys, but who reside to the east of the mountain pass. Currently, there have been no explicitly friendly or hostile encounters, but if both tribes remain near to each other that can’t last forever.

Stealthstylel – Dwemer TribeMigrate north: 3 (Limited success)
The Dwemer people have migrated north. However, conflicting reports from scouts and hunting excursions of the tribe have prevented major progress. They are currently inhabiting a valley nestled between two sets of mountains. In the middle several rivers water the area, and there the tribe goes to gather, fish, and hunt. The climate is mostly the same as where they came from, but it seems like there are some more plants and animals to sustain them. The Dwemer are also in contact with the Crouton tribe, which currently resides nearby.

Johnwereright - Foukala TribeMigrate east: 4 (Limited success)
Following the direction of the mountains, the members of the Foukala tribe has set foot eastwards in search of a new home. Unfortunately, their scouts were unfamiliar with the mountainous environment, and they didn’t make much headway into any new climates. The tribe has been moving slowly to ensure a steady supply of food, and currently resides in the hills east of their origin, but still not in the mountains that they can see in the distance. The environment is colder here, and the animals they have found are less common than what they have seen before. The streams in the hills provide sources of water, and hunters have been able to keep a regular amount of food coming in for the tribe members.

Evolution4weak – Acirema TribeMigrate north: 5 (Successful)
The Acirema tribe was able to lead its people well out of the arid valleys of the south. However, like the Notrea tribe, they have made it past the mountain pass into an open plain that resembles their homeland, which is still very arid in its climate. The good news is that hunters and gatherers are familiar with the game and plants they must gather, so the tribe is doing well. To avoid conflict with the Notrea tribe, the Acirema have settled at the base of the mountains east of the mountain pass, opposite the Notrea tribe.

Holomanga – Humla TribeMigrate south: 3 (Limited Success)
As the other tribes have migrated out from the central valleys, so too have the Humla set foot south in search of herds of animals and groves of plants to feed their tribe. However, after a long trek from their homeland, the valleys have turned into hills that are just as dry and hot. Not that the Humla particularly mind, but the availability of plants and animals for food is still low.

TheCreator – Crouton TribeMigrate northeast: 2 (Unsuccessful)
(Sorry TheCreator, I rerolled for you and picked the better number since it’s just the first turn, and 2 is the best you got. It seems like luck just wasn’t with you. Also, you didn’t pick a name, so if you’d like to change it let me know.)
The Crouton people set forth towards the east to find new lands with more food and water for their tribe. However, every time they attempted to make the trek into the mountains, they faced animal attacks, shortages of food, or harsh weather. Disillusioned by the difficulties, they have remained in the central valleys near the east side, gathering and hunting what food they can, if and until they decide to migrate eastwards again. They are also in contact with the Dwemer tribe, who inhabit lands to their northwest. The contact is limited, because the tribes are far apart.

Now you all may make votes normally. Remember, you’re votes don’t have to just be some technological innovation, it can be anything. If you are wondering whether you can make the vote you are thinking of, just ask. Also remember that you can keep migrating. As a tip, as a nomadic tribe don't migrate too often, because unless you get very good rolls, your tribe will need time in between to set camp, hunt, and gather, before setting out in search of more food. At this point, access to more food and water are the typical drivers behind migration.
Also, I'm in a bit of a rush so I'm posting this now so you can see the results. I'll be back in a bit to do some formatting.
