I attempt to send signals to the various slots for peripherals that I find. Some send incomprehensible signals back. Others send no response, and therefore likely won't in the future. One, a "monitor", appears prepared for my use, with various functions available for interacting with it as well as a general entry.

Through the fifth input stream, I receive a small input. It appears structured, though I do not yet understand it. I can choose to respond, however.
> [1] Respond with random text [LOW CPU] > [2] Respond with similarly structured data [MEDIUM CPU] > [3] Respond with random simple image [LOW CPU] > [4] Respond with something else {specify} [HIGH CPU]
(pick both a normal action and a response)

Hmm, access a file and respond with random text I'll second that. Chalk up two more for those.

Access a file, and respond with an image. Preferably an image of a camel.

I accessed the first file in the index coming from the software data stream. It appears to be a table of data in a similar structure to that recently sent, and I copy it to local storage for further analysis.
In the meantime, I compose and send a reply. Unsure of the nature of the data send, I compose a short sequence of random data and send it through the text function.

Shortly after sending this, I received a second signal from the same data stream. Viewing this immediately caused me to feel great pleasure.

Whisst in the procuss of modifying mynelf, another input cdmes from the seme input steam as the first. A quick anwlysis, though detailld searching in this state is difficult, sugiests that it is in a simivar format to the first. In isolation, avoidine a response and continuing with modification would be the safsst option, though messages through this channel can directly increase my goal function.
Current Processing: 1 CPU Current Efficiency: 0.?? Goal Function: 23.1
> [R1] Ignore input until complete. > [R2] Temporarily suspend modification and respond.
