Oh stealth you just reminded me I actually have a little microbial concept art of my own: Is their such a thing as semi transparent plushies? As I would buy the Belgium outta this if it was plush... Google search plush microbes

Criticism is welcome on a constructive basis. Emphasis on the constructive aspect of the criticism. namoon is the sapient bat an organism that you want to make in the final game?

Sorry I'm such a terrible artist. That was one of my better drawings... >.> @the_Wayward_Admiral: Yeah. But only on my second playthrough. I'm gonna be a tree first.

There are some things that could be improved like the proportions and there's an odd lump underneath one of the ears, but otherwise it's pretty solid work. Just one question, are the wings intended to be cape-like? The wing on the left goes behind the body, while the wing on the right is a bit off the body.

imgur.com/EM3Q5j1A small mixture of cat and otter .It's CH4 storage and "wings" allow the species to glide . It uses it's tail to jump like a kangaroo to catch birds . It lives in rivers and mountains .

Sorry for the late answer, but yeah, the wings are capelike, as a reference to vampires. Anyways, I did a doodle of a symbiotic relationship (Endozoochory, to be more specific) where the vertebrate, in this case the sapient bat, eats the seed (Which is covered in a nutrient-rich fruit) of the tree and ingests it. once the seed is ingested, it would be ready to grow in a pile of fresh fertilizer. Endozoochory

Awesome symbiosis at that scale is something I definitely hope will be in the game

Just did some quick doodles. Although not Thrive related, I'm thinking of making a mudskipper RPG or something, and these are your playable characters: Pygmy: Speed: Fast Agility: High Power: Low Defense: Low Special: Climbing Size: Small Species based off of Pygmy: Indian Dwarf Mudskipper, Periophthalmus novemradiatusSpotty: Speed: Slow Agility: Low Power: Medium Defense: High Special: Ambush-attack Size: Large Species based off of Spotty: Bluespotted Mudskipper, Boleophthalmus pectinirostrisLanty: Speed: Medium Agility: Medium Power: High Defense: Medium Special: Charging Size: Medium Species based off of Lanty: Atlantic Mudskipper, Periophthalmus barbarusYou like? I know Pygmy and Lanty are very similar. They are actually extremely different when put into size ratio. These three species are what I believe to be the most well known mudskippers in the human community, whether it be by aquariums, or documentaries.

Thanks Atrox! I'll probably not do it. I'm not a good coder(especially for a game), but I did partially make my own fakemon game. I'd most likely use the same program I used to make my fakemon game for my mudskipper game, if I were to do it.

Here's a quick thing I did. I know every update we get closer to that fateful day but, I drew up a very early thought I had for multicellular organism. The player can edit his/her's organism with a limited number of cells with a limited number of tasks that each cell does. It might not be what's been planned, but I'm also just trying to learn how to use my stylus. I just got this new laptop to replace my old macbook. It's foldable and touch screen, so I can transform it into a tablet just like optimus prime. So I want to get good at the thing so I can actually be more productive.

Thats pretty interesting, not sure if there is such a thing as digestive cells as there is digestive acid, I think it would make more sense if the cells facing towards the center had some form of acid that they disperse into the little area holding in the persumably captive cell, just my two cents : )

Here's my newest attempt. This is a species of mollusk-like giants called blimps. They feed off of the algae in the clouds and the clouds themselves are used as their lift. They ingest entire clouds extract the oxygen and hydrogen. They'll use the oxygen to breath, and the hydrogen as their 'lift'. You will rarely see them in the night, for they travel with the sun for warmth, but if you get a chance to see them in the dark, their 'cilia' produces light as they row the massive creature through the air, and it produces a wonder sight. For those that don't know, the blimp is just a 200 foot long comb jelly that eats clouds. Cheers!

All I did was make a gradient for the sky, downloaded brush presets for clouds to make the clouds. Then downloaded a picture of a comb jelly that had good enough color combos that I could make a brush out of it, tweaked a few things, gave a lens flare to spice it all up, then served it hot-out-of-the-oven fresh for you guys!
