We don't have many mods floating around yet, but I'm going to start a page on the wiki with a list of all the mods and descriptions of the mod. If you have created a mod (even if it was for an earlier version), and you want it added to the list, could you please post the name, download link/instructions, and description, and I will add it.

I made a texture pack/mod! The GUI is inspired by early concepts. (like this video) Link to mod (dropbox)Instructions:- Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the screen and select Download as .zip.
- Replace all game files with the corresponding files in the folder. Rename the defaults to something different"
[e.g., In the textures folder, rename the default 'oxytoxy.png' to 'oxytoxy DEFAULT.png', and place the modded oxytoxy in the textures folder. The game will use the modded version instead, however the default version, named 'oxytoxy DEFAULT.png,' will still exist.] - Launch Thrive, and the mod should be working.

I mod this (v0.3.2). Features a few more microbes to populate the pool and even a symbiote (Ill let you discover how to use the symbiote to your advantage) configs.lua (10.8 KB) copy this over microbe_stage/configs I made a slightly nastier version but it forbids the modified ai file being uploaded |

Alrighty dropboxed my slightly nastier version - heads up its only the slightest of modifications to my last post and its probably not great playability due to engulf speed bug www.dropbox.com/s/458u7szhjsoe8qm/configs.lua?dl=0www.dropbox.com/s/djlc8izn2gxnvuj/microbe_ai.lua?dl=0Copy and replace these into scripts/microbe stage If noone has figured it yet you can swim inside the large thincarry microbe and while inside the 2 predator type microbes cant get to you. Basically organic armor. You become its motor driving it around, when it is full on compounds you can even collect compounds without leaving your armor Edit (Obsolete) |
