technically infrared is rather anthropocentrically defined, so anything that has an opsin that detects slightly longer-wavelength light than our red receptors can see infrared.
If you have lots of different photoreceptors, you'll generally still be limited to seeing light in the same range right around visible light, due to the physics behind sight. You'll just see more contrast between light spectra that another organism might see as the same.
