I think it needs longer arms Looks pretty accurate to the original sketch to me. Must be the posture and angle making them look shorter. Thank god, because to make the arms longer I would have to start almost from scratch.

Also, turns out that moving the model at all will dramatically contort the texture placements. So Belgium. It might have something to do with the mirror modifier option I used early on, so I will most likely have to remake the entire thing...

To be honest, the possible reason for this is the fact that you didn't set your texture mapping to global or object, which is bad.
(also you could have made the textures a bit better, as in you could have still made the ionax in seperate parts and applied different textures to those) << personal opinion

EDIT: Plus its just the way I do things.

I don't want to sound like a picky jerk but the proportions are a bit off. Specifically the head is too thin and the body is too thick.

Also maybe putting the shoulders a bit more forward? The perspective is hard so 'im not 100% sure :/
