In the space age of Thrive, you are once again, controlling 1 person, which wasnt the case in the last, so will you be able to leave your ship, and explore, and if so can you buy/ hunt for food( the hunting, because either you cant afford the food, your stingy, or just like catching your own food

Well, I'm assuming you're referring to the ability to switch to organism mode at any time with any of your citizens. It works that way for the previous Strategy Mode stages, too.
There's no one ship and captain the player uses; it's a space RTS.

Oh, so in this space age your controlling an entire fleet instead of a single OP ship( I say OP because in Spore your race has only 1 single ship, and it can take on entire fleets solo, Han Solo) or will the player be given a choice based on The species own politics?
EDIT: if it is possible, could you enter organism mode choose a member of your species( maybe a job select: admiral, merchant, etc.) And attack other colonies, without inciting galactic warefare for the 2 species, but the put up a bounty for this 1 individual.

Not quite -- you don't even just control the fleet, you control your nation/space federation/etc, which might be just a fleet, might be just one ship if you're SOL, etc. Usually though, space stage would be just like late industrial except you're now in space. Travel distances tend to be longer, so subordinates (eg, a fleet you send to a nearby star system) must often be more self-reliant and more independent in time-sensitive matters (like combat), and there would be different resources which much of the space economy would revolve around, shipping costs (whether material or money) would be much higher, but mostly the same game mechanics.
As for your last question, probably, I guess, if we have the organism mode controls. Idk about doing a bunch of work to add a bounty thing, though. Maybe it could have some generic diplomatic consequences, the same way an accidental insult of an important person, or a case of friendly fire, would.

I think that instead of having a dialog box, you'll be able to just kill or enslave them yourself.(Orbital nukes, etc.)
