And possibly also Awakening. Society and Industrial stage concepts tend to overlap in most aspects, aside from industrial-specific things such as pollution and machinery. Therefore, they should be discussed in the same format. Awakening is a similar deal, but might need to stay unique due to the limitations of the era - there is little societal buildup, only the most rudimentary of technology, and hunter-gatherers were the only job.

The reason why the stages are like they are is because of their respective time periods. Society covers classical-renaissance, while industrial covers industrial-near/far future. Or at least I think it's like that.

Or at least I think it's like that. :cyclid: This is not a question about the (mainly subtle) structure of the game, but the structure of the forum. Also, there's a wider timeframe for each stage: Society starts with the birth of agriculture and sedentary living, while Industrial starts with the invention of the steam engine.

Tbh i think merging the stages in the game could work, since there's nothing radically different between the two.
Edit: This is hardly the place to discuss that tho xD

I think it's fine to leave the forum as it is. It looks neater if we have all stages having their own areas.

I think we should keep them separate. Society starts with the agricultural revolution and industrial with the industrial revolution
