You can now select between multiple themes in Profile settings, including the current 'Blue' one, the original, and two new ones, 'Ocean' and 'Planet.'

I've hijacked mitobox's OP to add a poll, because I'd like to see which themes people are using. If you didn't already know, you can change the theme by going to Profile -> Edit Profile -> Settings and picking from the Forum Theme drop down. |

Can't stand the blue. Ocean has a great vibe, but the original and space are the most legible.

by the way, something that has been urging me about the new designs, I can't see my bookmarks anymore. i've bookmarked a bunch of threads is want to keep following, but I can't anymore with the new designs? Any chance this is getting fixed?

Anyone mind if I change the default theme to Ocean for a while? I've been using it exclusively and I'm really quite fond of it. If nobody else feels the same way after a week or two of testing, we can return to the way we have it now.

I also prefer blue. It's cleaner, and nice on the eyes.

Personally, I prefer Blue. What's your reasoning for making Ocean the default? It feels to me that people unfamiliar with Thrive might be more enticed by a more subdued colour scheme. Since anyone without an account automatically gets the default and there are plenty of people with accounts who don't know you can change the theme, we might not be getting enough opinions on which is best since not everyone knows about the alternatives. Of course, it's probably just personal preference talking here. |
