When are you supposed to post in multicellar and when in aware? As I see a lot of posts in aware that I myself would put in multicellar... (camouflage, wheels, etc.)

I'm not entirely sure myself, the whole "attains a certain amount of intelligence" transition point is pretty vauge, and multicellular kinda sounds like they mean just low level forms but from the definition of aware where's the cut off? Is a fish multicellular or aware? What about a goat? A dog? Or is the cut off way sooner at say a trilobite? The 2 stages are kinda vague in my opinion

The 2 stages are kinda vague in my opinion I think that in the multicellular stage you can still design single cells and put them together . I always thought that the multicellular stage is the early "creature stage " and aware is the late one . Also , goat is ascension stage ! You should know this

I think multicellular starts as just some cells atached to each other, and for all early multicellular the game is still in 2D and you can edit your cells to make specialized types, and add more cells to your creature. Eventually, you become so big that instead of adding more cells, you add tissue make of a particular type of specialized cell, or maybe a tissue that is make of a mix of some specialized cells, and the game become full 3D. In the late multicellular you can even add entire organs. The transition to aware would be when you start to have a centralized nervous system ( like a primitive brain) so on Earth maybe the first chordates (like pikaia or maybe haikouichtys) would make the transition between multicellular and aware.
Personally, I would change the boundary between those stages to when you have so many cells that you pass to add tissues instead of cells, and when the game becomes fully 3D, as I believe that stages should mark big changes of gameplay. In the current plan early and late multicellular are radically different, while there isn`t really any noticeable change between multicellular and aware.

Honestly the distinctions are often so smooth as to be meaningless. Multicellular is kinda just the part of the game where you have microbe and aware mechanics sorta just squished together. Now, they aren't just squished together haphazardly, there is thought to how they can interface, but a lot of things in multicellular are also either in microbe or aware.
So, post in either I guess.
If you have any ideas on reorganizing, or maybe think we should clarify some purpose to the multicellular board, you can say so, I have no ideas right now.

In multicelluar, you have to design your cells to do the right task. Will this still be a feature in the Aware stage?

Probably not; but hey, if we decide it's worthwhile to be able to tweak your cells a bit no matter how complex of an organism you are, then we might keep it on as a feature in Aware too. It's one of those design decisions that we'd have to test to see what works best. It would fit better in the multicellular subforum, but really, nobody will be upset if it goes somewhere where it doesn't quite fit. A mod can just move it and discussion can proceed as normal.
