First of all, I don't know where I read it, but the helicoprion's buzzsaw was debunked... Also, a mouth evolving to a way of movement probably wouldn't happen, as they have to either first get a second mouth, which would just be a waste of energy, or they would have to live without mouth... If I remember right shark scales and our teeth have evolved from the same organ so I don't think that an organ that evolves in two completely different directions - like mouth and weel - wouldn't be unrealistic at all . But teeth and scales have the same base: sharp, hard, spiky thingies. Also, teeth are something way smaller than a mouth, as having one or two more or less than others isn't such a big deal. Also, growing an extra mouth is something way more complex, time-consuming and energy-wasting than growing some extra teeth...

They could maybe have a pretty primitive organ that has the main function of a mouth ; that organ , however , doesn't have to be only a mouth but could also be used to move . It would also be possible that growing a second one of this organ could give the species an advantage , like eating or moving faster . Later both organs could specialise in rolling / eating .

But unless the creature has some way of moving the food to his mouths, a bigger mouth would function so much better, as he the mouths have to both touch the creature (unless maybe so he can bite while simultaneously chewing or something) and still: growing a mouth takes along time, as it has to create some sort of tube from the stomach to the location where the mouth is to be located, which is something that's just useless, unless there's "something planned for later", which doesn't happen with normal evolution
