I have never noticed, but is this another type of shoutbox? It's a shoutbox for people who are too cool for a shoutbox

I believe in a previous post I discussed on another thread I talked about having organisms with helium compartments to float. I would love to have a sort of "Sky whale" that lives off lightning and small organisms.

The strategy behind balloons and other gas comprised flying-machines is to become less dense than the air around it. If I were to have a super-dense atmosphere, a gas like helium would rise much faster than a normal atmosphere. Think of a hot air balloon; they heat the air in the balloon to become much less dense than the air around it. It's all just a matter of density; though, I am sure gravity also plays a role.

It'd have to be a really massive compartment compared to the rest of its body. Depends on atmospheric thickness

What if it just had some sort of compartment holding a lighter than air gas

As of right now I think our outreach is much better than it was in the past. You already mentioned Darkedge TV and Scott Manley are going to provide plenty of help for our outreach. The only think I could suggest is reaching out to additional YouTubers, or using the Thrive YouTube channel to post progress updates.

I probably should have told you that the nucleus looks like a disco ball. Whoops
I'm still going to make a video on Thrive, so I guess it helps that I managed to fix my game capture after thrive gave me a bunch of issues with it. Next time I will be able to fix the issue without spending six hours sending my computer in and out of safe mode.

Sometimes the best solutions are the simplest ones. I reset the refresh rate on my elgato by hooking up an old monitor from the 90s into a dual monitor display. I changed the refresh rate on the second monitor that wasn't effected by the Elgato. Expect recording soon, but right now I have some housework that needs to get done.
Edit: done recording, now it's just a waiting game to see how long it takes to upload with bad internet

Does anyone know how to fix "input signal out of range" it only occurs when I plug in my game capture.

I fixed all the bugs/crashing by using the standard resolution instead of changing it to the res my computer normally uses
Right now I'm just trying to fix my game capture. If I can't get it to work I will just download online software. My computer should be able to handle it, but using online software is a last ditch effort.

I found the root of the problem, it had to do with my game capture. I will work on that and fix the issue myself. I will keep you updated once it has been fixed.
My second issue is the text panels don't display all of the text. I will try tweaking the screen res to see if that helps
Edit: game also crashes frequently during tutorial. Look, I understand you need this for and update video, but with all these bugs recording is difficult and it doesn't look nearly as good as a finished update. I can try my best to finish it, but I would prefer at least some of the bugs be addressed

I've asked the guys, so hopefully someone will have a solution. If it helps my screen res is 1920x1080

Yeah, if you can just get some nice footage of any new features. You don't need to add commentary. Thanks, we appreciate this and don't worry if you can't do it. Umm…now I'm not sure I can. Every time I start up thrive it says "input signal out of range" are there any settings I can change?

Ok…I can't start work tonight but I can tomorrow Edit: if there is anything specific you want me to mention I am up to any suggestions I think what he means is you don't really need to say anything as the footage is going to go into a trailer with Thrive music playing over it. Alright sounds good to me

I volunteer as tribute
Edit: I will work on a recording with commentary once 0.32 is an official release. I'd rather not have a bug showcase.
