I felt my condescending Beethoven profile picture was too confrontational, which is why I'm now Gustav Mahler. Not so iconic perhaps, but a bit more pleasant. This is a great avatar but Beethoven was like your brand, man.

Personally, I think I prefer the Beethoven one. I mean, it's still nice. But I think the Beethoven one looked nicer. The Beethoven one also made you instantly reconisable to most.

So I know Bethesda is Bethesda, but I keep running into glitches in Fallout 4, some of which forced me to reload. So I decided to make a small list! 1: Corpses continued to move as if they were alive after death. 2: A conversation that should've ended just keeps going, leaving my character staring and unable to move forcing a reset. 3: Companions with be stuck in their 'injured' state with me unable to move. (I still don't know how to solve this one) 4: After heading into Diamond city, I placed my Power Armor into a station and started to work on it. After finishing, I clipped through the floor. 5: Traditional Bethesda wall clipping. 6: People tat are supposed to move during story segments get stuck on something forcing a reset. 7: I got stuck at a Weapon Crafting station and couldn't leave. 8: I got stuck at the title screen. 9: When leaving Vault 111 I wanted to change my appearance, but I got stuck at the screen. So the moral of the story is Bethesda games are pretty buggy

Just wanted to show this to you, I thought it to be quiet inspirational, although there are hundreds of videos like this on youtube (the good part starts at about a fourth of the clip) youtu.be/PPls7CQxOBA

First a moon inflatable fell down and rolled all over the streets... Moon inflatable fell down and rolled all over the streets? Reminds me a whole ton of Despicable Me, both the introduction and the end.

Would it make sense to have researching folklore/oral tradition lead to inventing firearms?
(Guns use gunpowder, which you need chemistry to create. Modern chemistry is based off of alchemy, which in turn is based off of the occult (folklore).)

Hate to doublepost, but can we all take a moment to thank the mods for being around to prevent calamities like THIS from happening?

Keep the above silliness from happening (as silly as it is). It's great to be on a forum where a slightly divisive post won't kick up a firestorm. Sure, we're a small and friendly community at the moment, but a big leap in outreach would lead to more people coming in. Which is good, because more interest and activity, but without a moderator force, we would wind up with slightly divisive posts kicking up firestorms, and said flame wars catastrophically derailing productive threads. With you guys, however, I can't see a thread about economic policies in Strategy Mode turning into a Rule 6 violation circus. Another good thing is that you guys are not only numerous, but active; not to trash talk the Sporum, but they have a big problem with alternate accounts being made not only to avoid bans and suspensions, but to wreak havoc. Necroposts of threads from as far back as 2008 seem to be a daily occurrence. And the less said about last year's epidemic of "linkbombs" (links that have users create new threads when clicked), the better. Their mod team isn't big and active enough to counter this.

Well... maybe they need more mods... cough cough perhaps they should recruit more people for when that time happens wink wink because that would really help, as you never know when a big youtuber will make a video on Thrive and the forums become flooded with people, and you need able bodied users to help nudge nudge.
