The odd croakings escalate briefly, but soon return to their normal pace. Anything snooping around in the Gloobulbs must have had a brief tussle. It didn't sound particularly close to the humming noise. The slight smell of rot maintains.

"Ay... well, uh look, friend - we are friends now, right? - I don't suggest doin' that if we're planning on making any credit off of them. Destroy 'em all you like, but we're at least hauling in their 'destroyed' carcasses over to the nearest dispatching station or whatever it is they call it on this planet.
As long as we've got proof of each one we kill, I'm down."
Lowering his eyes towards his belt, and unfastening the clip, he pulls out a deck of what seem to be holographic cards contained within a small rectangular case. On the side is a scanner that works by simply swiping the bar code along its side.
"Y'see, Eprist and I have these pretty nifty cards that lets us keep almost anything dead or basically inanimate, which is kinda cool, 'cause it saves us so much on sp - "
Oblign notices the silence, and glances over at Eprist once more before returning his gaze to Revver, and then Limmy.
"Um. Hey, everyone? I know what's her deal, 'cause I've been through it and then some. Then, you... you've probably seen some shazbot. And uh, you're an assassin or somethin', I think, so talking might not be your forte, but...
Everything good, here? Can we get a move on or say something. I mean, this is nice and all 'cause here we are, a couple of hunters waiting on another hunter before what could be a big hunt or a disappointment, but c'mon! Look lively, folks! A wise woman once said 'the past is in the past' or something, right? Okay, well you guys probably don't even get the reference. Jeez, sometimes it sucks being the hipster of the group," he sighs, letting out a short and awkward snicker of a laugh.
"So can we all please let it go for just a bit and plan out a strategy, instead of standing here frozen? I might not be the most sensitive horned thing around here, I know. There's things to do and Uetikoes to see here, though! Least we can do is not stand around here silently like a couple of krutacking troqs."

Revver reluctantly agrees to not completely obliterate their bodies when the Uetikoes have been killed.

"Time depleting rapidly, continue on foot. Speed is applicable."
Reminder: parasite attack will repeat. Suggesting blood cleanse after hunt
Numbers poured onto the HUD, going up and down on the sides. 73 revisited the Coordinates briefly before running towards the pinpointed location. Carefully, so as to not break his recent purchases.
Contacting Revver again, 73 gives a command, "speaker now"

"You see, I have already been paid to kill some Uetikos. Specifically three. Maybe after the third one, I will care, if I do continue."

Eprist attempts to focus, having let her thoughts of a probing, yet mysterious group of creatures watching her from a lab speaking in a tongue she would likely never recognize, get the best of her. Oblign seemed immune to this sort of conscious drifting, and if he wasn't he never seemed to show it. Though in those early moments when she originally met him: rambling on and on like a lunatic after having escaped the facility, after they were set free, there was no doubt in her mind that he was a tortured soul. He was like that for days on end, in what appeared to be a nervous fever. The only thing that kept her sane, that kept her by him, was that they had come to an understanding. She wasn't quite her usually calm or calculating self in those days either, so protecting herself and herself only was her number one priority. Oblign was strong, that much was clear and their understanding had rescued them in nearly every situation following the risk that came of their trials under odd care. In whatever strange attempt to "save" them that was made by those beings, much of the planet had changed. The geography, the climate... all different. Or was it simply that so much time had passed? It was hard to keep track of time held within those confines.
Whatever it was, Eprist soon snaps back to reality. "Yes, thank you Revver. And if you do so choose to leave Limmy, Oblign and I will ensure that you make it back quite safely. Isn't that right, Oblign?"
"You got that right, lizard-lips! Though, I guess that applies to the both of ya, doesn't it?
Sheesh, now that I think about it, between our tails and your faces, Limster and Rev, looks like we all came from some kind of crazy night out on an episode of Dinosaurs Gone Wild, eh? ...actually don't answer that.
So... this 73 guy's comin' now or what?"

"Well uh... he sa-" Revver was cut off by the sound of his helmet notifying him of an incoming transmission.
"Speaker. Now."
Revver is confused by the sudden order. After a few seconds of confusion (immediately on the normal time scale), Revver finally understands and quickly reaches for the speaker button on the side of his helmet.

Noticing how Revver cut off, then pushed a button, Limmy assumes he was called by someone. "Who called?"

Oops. I knew what you were doing. But would Limmy? That could be an ignored comment to add to realism. q:

The speakerphone image pops up on the visor. Attention gained. Proceed.
"Known subjects and Stygian subjects, leave without 73's presence. Known subjects will contain one, conscious Uetiko, further Uetikos are inconsequential. No explanation needed. Obey." Issuing thus, 73 promptly shuts off the transmission.
Entity possesion in 92 minutes..
I'm correct in assuming it's rowdy's turn? I am wrong in assuming it's rowdy's turn.

Despite the fact that Limmy might not understand it was a call, you do understand that you were out of turn, limeyhoney. Now it's your turn.

"Um... I think I understand what he says about the Uetiko's. But what does he mean by, 'Known subjects and Stygian subjects, leave without 73's presence.'? Does that include me?"

Eprist turns to face Limmy.
"You would be correct in assuming so, as I seem to understand the same. Also, while that was rather brief, this 73 character seems to be important. Is 73 some sort of leader among you? Or is it Revver? I already understand that Limmy's orders come from elsewhere, so I'm almost certain he is not.
Regardless of authoritative positions though, I do agree with those orders, albeit that I do not understand why there is an intent to leave one of them conscious and living. Is 73 a scientist? Or hoping to leave one alive to test something on, as Limmy would like to with his poisons? I do apologize for so many questions, so excuse me if the answers would be obvious."
"While those are all good questions and stuff, maybe we can have 'em all answered on the way there, Ep?" In times like these, I have a feeling my good buddy, Matthew McConaughey, might say something like 'to infinity and beyond, pardner!' " Oblign drawls out, attempting his best cowboy-space ranger impression, which he seems to think of as not half-bad, even if it did basically sum up Interstellar, one of his favorite Earth movies, in an odd fashion. Not even seconds have passed since then, when he appears to have already swung open the large unlocked gate and begins running through the field.
"Wait, Oblign!!" his partner calls out and although he stops for a second, it only appears that he takes the time to swipe the card for his phaser before going deeper into the tall grasses.
"...and I now also apologize ahead of time for whatever comes out of this. We should really follow him, let's go!"

The humming sound grows in intensity further into the field, and so too does the stench. The Gloobulbs shake and rustle as Carnojips, dog-sized reptiles with folded sails on their backs, hop about, croaking and barking from the intrusion. They unfold their sails to tell their peers of danger.

Revver immediately races after Oblign to keep him from charging into the unknown.
"Oblign! We need to stick together!!"
He catches up in seconds and sweeps Obligns legs with his tail.

Entity possesion in - -
Familiar Pain pulses through 73's form, causing him to stumble. Almost falling, He regains his footing and continues to run, despite the pain.
The pain fades quickly, leaving a prickly sensation throughout his body. The malevolent force from before, penetrates his mental barriers. This time is different, there is only one voice instead of many. A singular entity, a focused energy, instead of the previous, randomly spread force. It's voice fixed and mocking.
Enjoying our.... MY visits?
The voice has a calm, albeit unsettling, sence.
Been a while since my last visit. How long? Fifty, sixty years?
.....320 years have passed since... last visit.
The Name is not something to forget. Your Name--
73 is 73.
Do not interject! Your name is not something you will ever forget! Your name is what you are! YOU have caused atrocities under The Name! eternity will not forget that name!
The Name calms down.
Time is almost up, six are needed. HE needs it.
The voice fades away into nothingness. 73 hastens his departure.
Four have been found...

Limmy face-palms. "You guys distract them. I will attack and paralyze one." He sets his crossbow to be transparent, and follows.

Somewhat confused, Eprist asks "Well, Limmy, as far as I see, while it is supposed that Uetikoes are found here, I do not perceive any within our vicinity as of the moment. You do realize that, do you not? Let's just head off and start searching. ...assuming they haven't found us first."
"Oblign! Hey Revver!" Eprist rushes over to her crimson-colored companion.
"What was that you were doing? And thank you for that Revver. I do believe that was necessary."
"What? Me? But what was that for?!" Oblign rubs his now sore backside as she helps him quickly get back on his feet.
"I just wanna get this show on the road, take some initiative, y'know? We've been waiting for what feels like weeks to get to this thing."
"...Oblign, this is still within our first day here. And while I agreed with you before on finding a plan, our lack of one does not mean that you should run off like that. Why don't we split up and begin to search this area? We do seem to all be capable of taking on a Uetiko on our own."
"Like, zoinks, Scoob! Nuh uh, I know where this is headed. We all split up and search for clues, and then the monster comes to get us and starts to pick us off one by one once it has us all apart. Nah, I say we stick together. Maybe though... how's about we leave some bait? Something that'll really attract their attention."
With a smirk on his face, Oblign further says "It is with a heavy heart, that I humbly volunteer... Limmy as tribute!! C'mon, look at that yellow meat, he's already lemon-fresh too!"
"...Revver, you are free to swipe Oblign with your tail if the mood strikes you now."
"Okay, okay. Point taken, Ep. So yeah... you think we start searching and see how deep this rabbit hole goes, eh? We'll hold a square position of two in the front and two in the back, so we'll be ready for 'em from all sides. It's practically night now and the little buggers'll be up and at 'em."
"There we go, now there is the Oblign I know and can agree with. What say you, Revver? Limmy?"
