Thinking of making a story and perhaps make videos on Thrive

Question in advance:

Would this sort of Thread be appropriate for this area of the forums? If not, then feel free to delete this. I just want to know if I can do it here, that's all.

Now for the thread itself.

I was thinking of making a storyline based on Thrive, as I would picture the full game when it is finished. I am still thinking of the story name, as well as the world it takes place on, so it will be some time. I was also thinking of making videos on Youtube for this game. I was hoping by doing both of these things, I could help gather attention to this developing game as it "Evolves", and thereby promote it. Who knows, it might actually get more people who can help interested in this sort of thing (or at least, i would hope).

I can share the link to the stories and video(s) on this thread when I make them. Just note that it will be a while for the stories (cause world building is not as easy as it seems, even for speculative evolution stories based on a developing game), and My videos will be "Sporadic" at best in terms of appearing on YouTube.


Again, I want to know if this thread is appropriate for where it is on the forum. feel free to delete it if it is not.

EDIT: I am sincerely surprised by the results of the poll so far. I guess Zephyr Prime may be the main candidate for the Fictional Planet's name after all. Now that that is settled, I will work on world building, and the designs of the organisms of the planet, including the main species, the "Reavis", a species of "Warmblooded, Humanoid Gliding Reptilian/mammalian creatures".
