Thanks ! I'll vote for increased oxigen perfusion Is it okay if the vote is bigger alveoli? They basically allow for the increased perfusion That's okay ! (I hope the vote doesn't go wrong )

I'm afraid the rules weren't clear enough because of my bad English, I am sorry if this is the case.

Round 2
Last Devonic Turn Event in 3 turns
Hylomonous Coloris(GabrielGG)
Basic Camouflage - 1
Hylomonous Coloris developed an array of vivid colors, ranging from red, to yellow to blue. Unfortunately this doesnt help with the hunt, but as a still apt predator it is suffering slightly.
Description: A lizard like reptile ranging from 20 to 25 cm. The body is covered with vivid colors and it has sharp, bent claws in its feet.
Status: Vulnerable
Tyranolizard (zyad137)
No vote
This species hasn't changed.
Description: A 10 cm lizard with wrinkles on its skin. It drools uncontrollably wherever it passes.
Status: Endangered
Hylomonous Draconis (serialkiller)
Bigger alveoli - 6 (SUPPAH EVOLUTION)
The past problem of oxygen consumption has been fixed. This species developed a bigger chest cavity with green sacs on it. These are oxygen bubbles, used to store the precious compound. It has also greatly expanded it's alveoli system, and connected the sacs to the lungs. It now goes in brief periods of rest in which it fills all the sacs and then procedes to run and jump for hours and hours. Truly one of the deadliest species out there, if it wasn't for it's lack of attack mechanisms.
Description: A reptile ranging from 21 to 26 cm with proportionally large back legs. It's chest is filled with light green bubbles that go all the way from the neck to the limbs. It's claws are bent like an inwards "L"
Status: Least Concern (thriving)
Hylomonous Bonus (Stealth)
Sharper teeth - 4
The previously small teeth of this species have become sharper and slightly longer. This will surely aid in the catching of prey and defense.
Description: A brown reptile ranging from 19 to 24 cm with visible wrinkles in its limbs, some teeth can be seen inside it's mouth. Smooth but thick claws are visible on its feet.
Status: Vulnerable
Kri'jiknli(MingeyCratter)
Carnivorous Prey - 4
This particular species adapted to eating not only insects but also small amphibians and even other reptiles. It has begun to feast, albeit slightly unefficiently, on the nearly dead or freshly dead animals.
Description: A dark green reptile with brown stripes ranging from 24 cm to 30 cm.
Status: Least Concern
Hylomonous Chewus(RoboTrannic)
Stronger and more durable jaw - 6 (SUPAH! EVOLUTION!)
The previously problem with the jaw is no more. This species developed an extremely powerful "airlock" jaw and mouth. It can pierce through wood and has big, salient canines to make it easier to pierce through meat and skin! It also has evolved a mechanism that allows it to chew the food on inside chambers while biting, allowing for quick combat with packs of prey.
Description: A dark yellow reptile ranging from 23 to 27 cm. It's mouth has sharp canines that can be seen even when it is closed, and two small chambers can be seen in the sides of it.
Status: Least Concern
Strutionum Lacerta (ostrich)
Burrowing habits - 5
Lacerta developed a burrowing habit. Upon hatching, the youngling will dig itself into the nearby ground and through it's life, expand it. The burrow is both used as protection and as a trap to lure its prey.
Description: A green colored reptile ranging from 20 to 26 cm with a strange, key hole shaped eye. It's limbs have become brown due to the intense burrowing.
Status: Least Concern
Hylonomous Nocturna (blackink)
Olfactory Mastery at expense of sight - 6 (SUPAH EVOLUTION!)
This species has got completely rid of it's eyes, choosing instead to smell using all its body. Strategically located openings in the head, tail and limbs allow for it to make a detailed map of it's surroundins and sense prey from far away. It could benefit from processing more information at the same time. If only there was a way... Being also the first species adapted to night, it is facing less competition.
Description: A dark grey reptile ranging from 21 to 29 cm with several small holes on it's tail, limbs and head.
Status: Least Concern
Hylomonous Quanti (QuantumCrab)
Pleasing smell to attract prey - 3
This species hasn't changed one bit, but it's huge size has kept it safe, for now.
Description: A bulky 43 cm reptile that emits a strange, unpleasant smell.
Status: Endangered (-)
Hylomonous Minusuculus (ImmortalDragon)
Bigger size - 1 (oops!)
Unfortunately for this strain of the now unexistant Hylomonous Burros it has shrinked significantly. It now lives mostly hiding being to small to eat anything but beetles.
Description: A brown reptile ranging from 9 to 13 cm with visible wrinkles in its limbs. Smooth but thick claws are visible on its feet.
Status: Endangered
I've decided to add missions to spice up the game a bit. Mission rules are simple, first one to complete it gets the reward. Missions:
The Last Frontier (for now) evolve either means of becoming a air oriented species or an aquatic species Reward: One extra vote and bad vote protection for 1 turn. (Bad Vote protection will ensure your species never gets a 1,2 or 3 role)
Phd in eating things: Be the first species to shape it's enviroment in some way, creativity in how to is up to you (dont do something too unrealistic, I dont want any pyramid building aliens here!) Reward: 3 turns of bad vote protection.

Edit-odd votes? heck yeah
I'd also like to get a little bigger.

Vote: poisonous glands that release poison when biting
Is there any chance that I can reverse the vote of vivid colors in my favor? For example, use colors to scare / confuse species? Could I make some sort of vote like, "Colors oriented to scare"?

Could I make some sort of vote like, "Colors oriented to scare"? In our world atleast, colour is only useful as protection from predation, a variation of what you ask is asking for camouflage, then the vivid colours can form stripes or be rearranged, on the other hand if you want to scare you can ask for expanding membranes beside your head (think spitting dinosaur from Jurassic Park) and you could keep the vivid colours to confuse any future predator you may get (not as useful as skin toxin but almost). As for my species (Hylonomus nocturna) i will try to evolve my temporal lobe, since is related to both mental process and social behavior. Vote: Social behavior 2 vote: Better brain process
