I face some problems when playing:
- If I add more flagellas than the two standard ones, I eventually lose all my ATP and die, even if I have 2 mitochondria, lots of oxygen and glucose and if I stand still in order to save energy and let the mitochondria work - To duplicate you need glucose and ammonia, right? But I can't save enough glucose as it's always made to ATP so it's really hard for me to reproduce - And I can't find new organelles, this seems to be a bug (made already a thread about this) - If I delete a cell I should get the mutation points the cell was worth + the MP I had before - When starting a game I have only about 20 ATP and if I can't find oxygen and glycose very quickly, I'm dead. This should be changed somehow
What is the best cell I should build right after the tutorial? And what's your opinion about these problems? Or what did I do wrong?

-You're not adding enough mitochondria to keep up with your ATP production. Remember, always add mitochondria before the flagella in order to avoid this.
-To duplicate you require all of your organelles to split, which is usually achievable by just producing ATP from what I've observed. Also, if you lead a life of engulfing (pressing g near smaller cells and swimming over them until they die), they will release amino acids and whatever compounds they had upon death behind them. You can tell where is "behind" by observing the location of the strands behind the nucleus.
-Yes, organelle collection is bugged at the moment, and does not work.
-The mutation points are to avoid drastic change. However, it is arguable that you should be given more MP whenever recreating your cell entirely, maybe 100MP (which is planned to be given in the later parts of the stage anyway) will suffice.
-This too is a good point; whenever you start a new game, you should be given 30MP or more to help you along.
-A "best cell" does not exist, however I recommend getting two mitochondria and two hexes of cytoplasm for HP and ATP production.
-For the mot part, these seem to be rookie mistakes, although you make good points about ATP and MP.
-You seem to be grabbing flagella too quickly. I recommend only getting flagella when you start getting a bit slow thanks to your size.

Organelle unlocking will be fixed in the next release. Fixed by this prOr should I say improved as it's currently random and somewhat confusing

Thank you for the detailed answer mingeycratter and great news hhyyrylainen!
I have one question though: I have the feeling duplicating doesn't work for me anymore. I swam around several times for like 20 minutes trying to collect as many stuff as possible but it didn't work a single time except for the first and second time I've played and I don't know what exactly made it possible. Sorry to bother you but I don't get this

Sorry to bother you but I don't get this Were your organelles growing and splitting? Recently I figured out that for whatever reason empty cytoplasm has to split as well. Upon everything splitting, you'll eventually receive the option to split, but I have no idea why you weren't prompted after 20 minutes.

Remember to check if the button is enabled, because i often miss it myself (we should probably add more notifications)

probably like a nice little sound.

I did check the button, I don't think I missed it. Sometimes my organelles are big and then small again. For example one of my two flagellas got big but later (I didn't notice why and when), it shrank again. Maybe because I took poison damage? Or not enough ATP

Or not enough ATP You hear a little "wahh" like a siren when you take toxin damage. They probably split.
