WHY THIS DOUBLE POST IS OKAY: This is a separate application, and I don't want to force StealthStyleL to have to split them up manually if they both get accepted. Stellar Void (Created by Kel'dori) (Can be used by civilizations that get their hands on the plans)
Type: Orbital Weapon Platform Distribution: Initially an isolated station, and while more will be built, they're prohibitively expensive and only narrowly useful. Description: A space station built to house both a three-person crew and a powerful EMP emitter. The station requires crew to operate it, with no remote access to weapons systems as a fail safe against hacking by enemy forces. The emitter is a radio antenna which emits short but intense EM bursts on the order of 50,000 KJ that can disable electronic systems and cause melting of electrically conductive materials. The station is powered by a vast array of high-efficiency solar panels, and as such has an incredibly long recharge time (on the order of days) which results in blasts usually 15,000 KJ or lower to conserve energy.

Planet: Kroxalt
Location: One of the arms of the galaxy
Astronomy: Yellow star like the solar system's sun
Geography: Continental Planet like Earth
Biology: Fauna, Flora, Fungi, Etc
Sapients: Creepus Nomid
Creatures: (im just gonna name the creature groups cause it will be an essay to write 387 names)
[Carbosaur] 2 legged armored reptiles which scales resemble armadillo scales but are more resistant... they resemble the dinosaurs in appearance... have only 2 legs... most are blind but have other extremely increased sences making it almost as if they can see...
[Carboquatus] aquatic descendants of the Carbosaurs... resemble cetaceans and aquatic dinosaurs... most of these need air to breathe but a few re-evolved gills to survive underwater... the largest animal belongs to this group... some have the ability to grow flora on their backs...
[Carbovian] Descendants of the Carbosaurs... these creatures have the ability to fly which the mayority have the extra appendage of wings while very few had their legs turned into wings making them "legless flyers"... a few can grow feathers
[Cremates] (Yes its Creepus + Primate) This group contains the almighty but not really Creepus... a group of mostly bipedal egg-laying mammals which range from a raptor pose to a broken spine humanish pose to a bear... only very few grow fur and even fewer trough the whole body... they have 4 appendages... 2 for walking and 2 for grasping and also walking at times... some have extra apendages which form wings... sometimes considered a sub-group of Kremals...
[nomidia] Reptile/Mammal things... they have 1 eye only and have 4 appandages for walking... only a few can walk bipedally... the Nomids form part of this group...
[Mopidia] Cousins of Nomidia... pretty much the same but they only have 2 legs...
[Kremals] egg-laying mammals... a few more like reptiles tho... a few grow fur all around the body while the rest is either in some parts or none at all... very little creatures of this group have wings too...
[Krephibians] Pretty much amphibious Kremals... the mayority only have 2 front apendages... resemble alot of aquatic reptiles and amphibians...
[Fichus] Fish... just fish... they have 1 eye... they swim... they have gills... fins... and thats about it... oh and theres a very big variety in them...
[Scave] Arthropods... this group covers both aquatic and land arthropods... most aquatic Scaves resemble creatures of the earth's cambrian period while the land ones are more like arthropod versions of land animals... they range from the smallest being only slightly larger than plankton to the largest scave which is about 40-50 feet tall... oceans and deserts are paradise for them but can also be found in a few other areas, even glaciers...
[Skia] Mollusks... most resemble chitin, dickinsonia, flatworms & other belgium while the rest look a bit more diverse... the mayority are aquatic while a few can survive on land for a long time due to slow oxygen usage...
[Cephalia] They resemble jellyfish, starfish, polips, and other stuff like em... they were the first creatures to appear... they also had the first eyes...
[Planktonia] Micro-organisms... the mayority being micro-scaves while the rest looking more like cephalia, skia, and other stuff...
[Maggotia] Pretty much worms...
Sapients:
Creepus
Nomid
Distribution:
Creepus: 6 full solar systems (including theirs), 30-40 planets on owned systems, 20 systems/planets immigrated, 20 colonies, a few creepus stranded on some random places... and 1 rouge planet they found by accident which contains only 1 colony...
Nomid: 1 planet, the whole planet...
Disposition:
Creepus: Curious, Stoopid, Neutral, Aggressive at random times and Friendly at other random times too due to "the dice effect" thus giving them the title of Merciful Warmongers
Nomid: Peacefull, Defensive if threatened, goal of surviving...
Tech Level: Creepus: Modern Tech with a bit of Scifi Some stuff similar to ours, other being more advanced in tech, and others more primituve... like they still use axes for some reason... bullet-ammo weapons like ours and primitive melee weapons... some other belgium... they also have equipment fir exploring alien worlds and especially ones with lyfe as they adore biology...
Nomid: Stone Tools and Fire... sometimes garbage from the Creepus they scavange... spears are their favorite weapons...
Est. Population: Creepus: unknown Nomid: unknown
Biology:
Creepus: Egg laying Mammals
Nomids: Reptile/Mammal thingy
Diet: Creepus: Carnivore-Omnivore Nomid: Omnivore
Lifespan: Creepus: 100 kroxan & earth years Nomid: 60 kroxan & earth years
(both planet's years have the same amount of time)
Description: Creepus: A bunch of stupid "merciful warmongers" that invented advanced by "chance" (ull see what I mean)... they are actually pretty smart as they have a spark of genious but it is countered by "the dice effect" which causes them to make bad decisions regularly... dummer than your average human due to their "dice" problem but very good with weapons and leadership... they are also the biologist/ecologist/paleontologist type as they adore exploring planets with lyfe and experimenting and observing them!! They love biology, they love digging up fossils, and even love genetically creating their own animals and find barren planets to turn them into planets full of lyfe... they are trying to work on technology to speed up evolution too but have not succeded yet...
Nomid: Tribal aliens which live along the creepus... they like to scavange the creepus' garbage for useful stuff which they may use for their tools n' stuff... besides that they are pretty peaceful with the creepus even tho the only interaction both know how to do with eachother is waving... although currently peacefull they have been at war with the creepus once, and they arent peaceful with other tribes always as they have different oppinions on different tribes and etc... nomids arent really curious beings as their only reason of becoming sentient was to find a better way of surviving, think of them as sentients with an animal mindset, they were accidentally made sentient too due to a creepus child who had a weird idea to teach an animal how to make fire... after a very long time of trying to teach it it finally learned... what she didnt know was that that animal was to pass down that knowledge to its offspring and soon discovering a use for it... soon causing the rise of a new sentient species... the nomids...
Society:
Government/s:
Creepus: Similar to humans but with lesser corruption and more stupid dessisions like allowing Nomids to vote or giving Terrorists hugs... even tho their home planet is now unified and terrorists are no more...
Nomid: Whatever the Chieftain says... the chieftains are chosen by the nomid with the best qualities...
Affiliation/s: The Creepus know the Nomids and the Nomids know the Creepus... they dont really mind eachother and threat eachother like neigbors... the only communications both know how to do with eachother is waving... besides that they let eachother to their stuff and can even visit eachother from time to time... the have worked together at rare occasions and the creepus have tried to introduce them to space one time... now some nomids live on other planets too thanks to that event... they have been at war once and it kinda ended in a tie...
The Creepus are at massive war with an evil empire called the Zorkans... it is the largest war in all of their history and it isnt even over yet... (I will submit the Zorkans soon)
The Creepus have a few alliances and enemies here and there... most chosen by the "dice effect"
The chances of the results of "the dice effect" can be affected by the way u interact with them...
The nomids someimes end up in small wars/battles/raids and/or alliances/friendships/trade with other nomid tribes and occasionally even creepus cities, clans, towns, etc...
Creepus accidentally caused the nomids to become sentient but they dont know it...
Religion/s: Creepus: Atheist Naitsirch Cilothac Rocks Goat_hate Nomid: Atheist (why belgiuming not) Important Figures: Still no idea... History: Creepus: well they evolved... umm... they... they build a civilization... they, umm... one empire conquered the planet and unified it... and they reached space... they were attacked by a star destroying empire which they succesfully protected their home from and are now at war with... and daz about it...
Nomid: they used to be at war with the creepus when the creepus were tribal too but after that the creepus reached the medieval era in which both nomids and creepus finally noticed they were fighting for no reason... and then they just stopped fighting and now just threat eachother like neighbors... they dont mind if they go into eachother's territory, they dont mind if they used to be in war, they only mind if they attack eachother for any conflict which they quickly resolve... besides that, like i said, they just wave a friendly hello to eachother and carry on their way... to this day Nomids are still tribal...
I dont mind people writing about my creations...

Encouraged the spread of Coa'ti outside the temples. Syc'yon the Grudged: Descendant of the Dissident, sided with the Xer'an against the P'etir. History: Long ago, the sparse Penu'in tribes lived in accord. Each village rarely fought, but the wars were short skirmishes for the treasured growing land. Fast forward to a few hundred years before the Auc'bi'er Drive. To'uou the Despotic, growing restless in the ever-longer periods of peace, and her people growing ever the more hungrier with the sparse growing periods; decided to mount an attack on the Sanct K'ioi Temples. The K'ioi, being the religious pacifists seclusion has hammered into them, obviously wanted to have no part in it. The secular Ro'iato'i the Collected knew her Grand UN needed to protect the Temples despite the ethics split, as their value is essential to maintaining peace. Mandatory army service was passed immediately. As the Grand UN locked the Xer'an into a stalemate, Syc'yon the Grudged remembered schisms thousands of years old. Needing to correct the P'etir's "tyrannical" ways once more, an alliance was founded between the Xer'an Order and the P'etin Commonwealth. The G. UN may be as powerful as the Xer'an, but the Commonwealth's introduction would tip the balance. Yet the world would not collapse into hegemonic chaos just yet. An adolescent K'ioi had a divine revelation. It was the Ways of the Coa'ti. The girl, Ke'ta, compiled similar beliefs and sayings in the book of Coa'ti. Like a Deus ex Machina with extra Deus, the Coa'ti religion spread around Fi'bel, causing a white peace to be written.

Is this where I can post an event? Or is this not used anymore? Well, anyway, here is my event. Well, multiple, but only two that are major enough to go on the list. Unification of Cas-Pianet
Date: 68 BSE
Location: Cas-Stell system, planet Cas-Pianet
108 BSE, a baby grenebolym was born. He was the outcome of genetic manipulation. A baby, that will inherit the two most powerful kingdoms on the planet. 15 years later, and he marries the daughter of the third most powerful kingdom. At 88 BSE, Ashkul Greymun, our genetic experiment, forces his father to abdicate his crown at sword point. The same year, he sends his assassins to assassinate his Grandfather, give Ashkul his crown. He now owns the largest domain ever seen on the planet. But, there is more. There are two boys who come in the line of succession before him for the family of the kingdom his wife is in. The king, realizing now that his dynasty is at risk, hides the two boys in separate cities, held by two other independent duchies. This doesn't stop Ashkul. He appoints a meeting with this other king at his high command. He asks the other king to swear fealty to him. The other king denies. Ashkul swiftly leaves, and heads towards the only place he knows the other king would trust to keep his sons safe. With the use of highly trained assassins, he finds the king's son. He tells him, to kill his father and he will grant him his kingdom, as long as he swore fealty. He would also have to keep his brother out of the castle.
Ashkul is now 36, 15 years after asking Henry Yellowmun to take his father's throne. His father knows of this plot by now, and is prepared to face him. Henry arrives at the high command, and demands to see his father. He reaches the top of the tower to meet his father right at the door. Henry tells him, "You know the plot. Ashkul will not be satisfied until you are dead. There is no surrender." Armed with a crossbow, he waits for his father to respond. After a while, Henry pulls the trigger. The arrow flies through a ring at the end of the crossbow, entering hyperspace, and coming out right before passing through his father's chest. Hidden behind his back though, is another ring. This one is set to reverse course of the arrow and send it to hyperspace, coming out to hit the original sender. With the second Yellowmun son not to be found, the crown goes to Ashkul. This makes him the first three kingdom holder in Grenebolym history, allowing him to rightfully claim the title Emperor. The nearest duke, after hearing this news, swears fealty to Ashkul. Many smaller independent cities and duchies follow suit. 4 years later and the last city, a merchant city, follows the entire world and joins Ashkul's empire, whose name is taken from his Father's kingdom, Imper. Development of the hyperdrive rings to encompass something larger, like a vehicle starts, as well as exploring the easier to get to planets in their own system.
Exploration of the Imper Empire
Date: 20 BSE
Location: Cas-Stell and Vicin-Stell systems
20 BSE, planets Prossim-Pianet, and Altr-Pianet where landed on by Grenebolyms. 0 ASE/BSE, planet Quell-Pianet was landed on by Grenebolyms. In 50 ASE, a large ring for space vehicles to enter hyperspace in was successfully tested, and by 55 ASE, a Grenebolym enters the gravitational influence of another star, which they had named Vicin-Stell.

Planet: BemugePolitical Jurisdiction: Thyron Federation Location: Middle of Sciocont Arm Description:A terrestrial planet orbiting a K-class orange dwarf star, known to the native Thyrons as Barmedas. Bemuge is the second planet from Barmedas, and has a radius of 8,000 kilometers, making it larger than Earth. Bemuge hosts one moon, Hiring, which is the size of Ceres. Due to the vast discrepancy in size, tides on Bemuge are far less intense than those on Earth. A year on Bemuge is about three-fourths the length of an Earth year (approx. 274 Earth days), with 20-hour days (meaning about 328 total). Bemuge is in the inner areas of the habitable zone around Barmedas, and has only a mild axial tilt. These characteristics led to Bemuge being a mostly warm, humid world. Bemuge also has high oxygen levels, although these often lead to destructive fires. As shown, Bemuge has four continents, all near one another. Karlas: The continent to the north, Karlas represents many factors of the past deciding the present day. To the south and the east is a region of intense geologic activity, due to colliding with its sister continent, Arlus. An archipelago of volcanic islands exists within the Kiskosun Gulf, while the mountainous areas created by the tectonic collision are rich in metals. This, and the resulting river valleys, created an environment ideal for civilization to advance and flourish. The name of this land is Yrlistes. Arlus: The central continent that meets with the eastern regions of Karlas. Arlus boasts Bemuge’s largest desert, the Eoteres desert, caused by the Noteres mountains blocking rain-bearing winds. The first Thyron civilizations arose there, around the great Pasteres River. Danum: The southwestern continent. It is far less mountainous than the other three continents, allowing almost all of it to be covered in jungles and swamps. The discovery of animals closely related to Thyrons supports the theory that Danum was once connected to the southern regions of Arlus. Zonarch: Zonarch is the most distant continent, located to the east. Its geography is almost poetic; northern, east-blowing winds are slowed by Karlas and Arlus, leading to stifled water intake, and an arid climate past the rain-blocking mountains. In turn, it slows west-blowing equatorial winds, contributing to the Eoteres desert’s existence. Were it not for this relationship, Thyron civilization may have never emerged. Biosphere:Bemuge’s score of lifeforms is not dissimilar to Earth’s Carboniferous period. Spores are the dominant means of reproduction among plants. Instead of reptilian or mammalian life, Bemuge is dominated by massive arthropods thanks to the high concentrations of oxygen.
However, there are some major differences. While Earth’s terrestrial arthropods rely on passive respiration, Bemuge’s arthropods are active breathers, with air being actively passed through respiratory chambers, lined with structures resembling the “book-lungs” of spiders. Another difference from Earth arthropods is that the most advanced of Bemuge’s arthropods each have a chitinous, segmented “backbone” sporting a spinal cord.
In addition, while the Carboniferous saw the beginnings of amniotes (as the first reptiles), Bemuge’s “traditional vertebrates” are behind even by the Carboniferous’s standards. For starters, while freshwater on Earth was colonized by lobe-finned fish, placoderm-like “fish” take their place on Bemuge. The seas themselves are dominated by massive invertebrates, reminiscent of the Ordovician period.
Due to how warm and humid Bemuge is, the dominant land biome is a tropical swamp/jungle of spore-bearing trees. Less rainy areas host horsetail-like plants rather than grass. Species: ThyronsAffiliation: Thyron Federation, numerous renegade/pirate factions DescriptionThe Thyrons are sapient, insectoid race, with a natural lifespan of 80 Earth years (140 Bemuge years). Adults are two meters tall on average, and are heavily built, with thick, humanlike torsos plated in natural chitin armor. A Thyron’s head resembles that of a rhinoceros beetle’s, with a thick horn curving upwards out from the face. At the sides are large compound eyes, colored a glistening black.
Thyrons have six limbs. Two on each side, close together where one would expect a “shoulder,” serve as arms, while the remaining two serve as legs. Each limb is sparsely covered in fine hairs, which provide a sense of touch. Hands and feet each have three claw-like digits, with one being opposable.
While their exoskeletons tend to be dark, dull browns and grays, the elytra (wing cases) on their backs are a fiery orange. Their elytra serve to hold their wings, which unfurl into a 5-meter wingspan. Despite their build, Thyrons are capable of flight, although they lack the stamina to fly for longer than a minute; due to this, their wings are more suitable for extending their jumps.
Thyron children are very different from their parents. They emerge from their oblong eggs (which are about the size of ostrich eggs) as large, white grubs. Their heads, rather than being like beetle larva heads, look more like the whiskered faces of sea cucumbers. They have ravenous appetites, and will eat any food, plant or animal, that their parents provide. When upset, rather than cry, they vomit a strong-smelling liquid, which, long ago, served to deter predators. They do not have their parents’ mental capabilities; however, they can remember even the finest details (even words, which they do not understand at the time), allowing them to develop their views of the world from right after exiting their pupae. Pupation comes ten years after being born; by this time, young Thyrons are 1.5 meters long, and half a meter thick. A Thyron will remain in his or her pupa for another half of a year, after which they break out with the help of their horn. Culture and IdeologyThyrons, by nature, could be considered a race of warriors; they are inherently aggressive and competitive. However, this also leads to individuals among them becoming ambitious politicians, businessmen, and scholars, among other aspirations.
Klakasnul is the most prevalent religion among Thyrons. It centers around the single god Neosi, who appeared before chieftain Klakasi of the ancient Yrlia tribe. As dictated by Neosi, Klakasi carved the tenets of Klakasnul, the Laws of Society, onto a clay tablet. One of its most profound tenets is that it is not honorable for the strong and powerful to abuse the weak and helpless; this goes directly against the Thyron’s competitive nature. Even to the nonreligious, the Laws of Society are considered a breakthrough in the Thyron’s societal development, to the point some suspect that the Thyrons may never have developed non-totalitarian systems of rule without them.
Another aspect of Klakasnul is Rekeles, who saved the Klakasnul-worshipping Thyrons of Karlas from invaders from Arlus. For this, as well as his abnormal blue (rather than orange) elytra, he is considered a messianic figure, and a divine champion of Neosi. TechnologyThe Thyrons have employed space travel for a few centuries. The first interplanetary vessels took one or more years to travel from Bemuge to elsewhere in the Barmedas system, and could take years to assemble in the first place. Ensuring that crews had enough fuel and provisions to last for the length of their missions (or longer, should an emergency crop up) put a strain on manned exploration. Rather than exit the atmosphere by themselves, vessels had to be attached to enormous multi-phase rockets.
Nowadays, the average Thyron vessel can travel between planets in little time, and smaller ships can land and take off without a rocket’s assistance. Communication is also fast, even between stars; physics-manipulating “lanes,” essentially wormholes, transmit signal waves at a speed far faster than they would travel normally. These very lanes are used for FTL travel. Lanes between Thyron-occupied worlds are simple to travel, almost like well-trodden roads, since they are very compatible with the FTL drives. Heading outside of Thyron Federation space is much more complicated; heavy-duty FTL drives can open lanes of their own to unfamiliar stars, but the calculations can take days to complete, especially for longer distances.
Technology is often designed to mimic Thyron characteristics. For example, ships have a sleek, almost insectoid appearance, and are painted a glossy black (not just for looks; the black, metal-based paint helps absorb energy discharges). Windows resemble compound eyes. Engines and other appendages often have orange “hoods” resembling Thyron elytra, while heat radiators are designed to resemble chitinous wings.
The largest Thyron ships seldom reach over a few hundred meters in length. In the absence of sophisticated shield technology, the hulls of ships have inner layers surging with electricity, creating a magnetic field that helps “soften” energy discharges. Politics – Thyron FederationThe Thyron Federation is a secular representative democracy; although the Laws of Society are held in high regard, the Federation still operates by the Articles of Bemuge. Under the Articles of Bemuge, power is dived between the Thyron Senate (based in Karlas) and each planet’s local government(s). The Thyron Federation’s sphere of influence is 30 lightyears in diameter. 94 systems fall under its jurisdiction, although only 23 of these systems have any notable civilian population.
The criteria for a planet to appoint a senator is to reach a population of at least one million Thyrons. Another seat is available at 5 million, then 10 million, then 50 million, and so on. This exponential increase is meant to avoid an overwhelming majority in the Senate by high-population worlds. If the Thyron Senate is the legislative body of the Thyron Federation, then its executive is the Admiral. The Admiral is appointed by the Senate every 10 Bemuge years (about 6 Earth years), although there is no limit for terms. The position of Admiral mostly centers around directing the Thyron Federation Fleet. The Admiral must get the Senate’s approval to declare war.
In addition to the Admiral, the Thyron Senate also appoints the directors of smaller bureaucratic agencies, mostly with regulatory purposes. While it may seem that the Thyron Federation lacks a proper separation of powers, remember that the Thyron Federation gives a high degree of autonomy to each planet. In addition, planets tend to be self-sustaining enough to have little to fear from unfavorable legislation, and even less self-sufficient planets on the outer rim still rely on the Fleet’s protection against hostile militant groups.
Edit: I can't seem to find the names of the galactic arms. Could that be put somewhere?

It would be simpler to have every species be located in the Sciocont Arm, which may or may not be the same as our Orion Arm.

(Yes, it's Creepus + Primate) This group contains the almighty but not really Creepus... a group of mostly bipedal egg-laying mammals which range from a raptor pose to a broken spine humanish pose to a bear... only very few grow fur and even fewer trough the whole body... they have 4 appendages...
[Mopidia]
Cousins of Nomidia... pretty much the same but they only have 2 legs...
[Kremals]
egg-laying mammals... a few more like reptiles tho... a few grow fur all around the body while the rest is either in some parts or none at all... very little creatures of this group have wings too...
[Krephibians]
Pretty much amphibious Kremals... the majority only have 2 front appendages... resemble a lot of aquatic reptiles and amphibians...
[Fichus]
Fish... just fish... they have 1 eye... they swim... they have gills... fins... and tha'ts about it... oh and there's a very big variety in them... [Scave]
Arthropods... this group covers both aquatic and land arthropods... most aquatic Scaves resemble creatures of the earth's Cambrian period while the land ones are more like arthropod versions of land animals... they range from the smallest being only slightly larger than plankton to the largest scave which is about 40-50 feet tall... oceans and deserts are paradise for them but can also be found in a few other areas, even glaciers... [Skia]
Mollusks... most resemble chiton, dickinsonia, flatworms & other Belgium while the rest look a bit more diverse... the majority are aquatic while a few can survive on land for a long time due to slow oxygen usage...
[Cephalia]
They resemble jellyfish, starfish, poylps, and other stuff like em... they were the first creatures to appear... they also had the first eyes...
[Planktonia]
a class consisting of micro-organisms... a few resemble scaves, skia, and cephalia...
[Maggotia]
Pretty much worms...

Creepus Nomid Distribution:
Creepus: 6 full solar systems (including theirs), 30-40 planets on owned systems, 20 systems/planets immigrated, 20 colonies, a few creepus stranded on some random places... and 1 rouge planet they found by accident which contains only 1 colony... Nomid: 1 planet, the whole planet... Disposition:
Creepus: Curious, Stupid, Neutral, Aggressive at random times and Friendly at other random times, too. This is due to "the dice effect" thus giving them the title of Merciful Warmongers Nomid: Peaceful, Defensive if threatened, goal of surviving... Tech Level: Creepus: Modern Tech with a bit of Sci-fi . Some stuff similar to ours, other being more advanced in tech, and other ways more primitive... like they still use axes for some reason... Mass drivers, bullet-ammo weapons like ours and primitive melee weapons... and some other belgium. They also have equipment for exploring alien worlds and especially ones with life as they adore biology. Nomid: Stone Tools and Fire... sometimes garbage from the Creepus they scavenge... spears are their favorite weapons... Est. Population: Creepus: unknown Nomid: unknown Biology:
Creepus: Egg laying Mammals (see "Cremates") They possess a thin, humanoid figure, and also have webbing-based wings. A U-shaped spike
Nomids: Reptile/Mammal thingy (see "Nomidia")
Diet:
Creepus: Carnivore-Omnivore
Nomid: Omnivore
Lifespan:
Creepus: 100 kroxan & earth years
Nomid: 60 kroxan & earth years
(both planet's years have the same amount of time)
Description: Creepus: A bunch of stupid "merciful warmongers" that invented advanced technologies by "chance" (you'll see what I mean)... they are actually pretty smart as they have a spark of genius but it is countered by "the dice effect" which causes them to make bad decisions regularly. Less intelligent than human, on average, due to their "dice" problem but very good with weapons and leadership. They are also the sociologist type as they adore exploring planets with life and experimenting and observing them! They love biology, they love digging up fossils, and even love genetically creating their own animals and find barren planets to turn them into planets full of life. They are focusing on technology to engineer evolution too but have not succeed yet. Nomid: Tribal aliens which live along the Creepus, they like to scavenge the Creepus' garbage for useful stuff which they may use for their tools and stuff. Besides that, they are rather peaceful with the Creepus, even though the only interaction both know how to do with each other is waving. Although currently peaceful, they have been at war with the Creepus once, and they aren't exactly peaceful with other tribes as they have different opinions on different tribes and etc. Nomids aren't really curious beings, as their only reason of becoming sentient was to find a better way of surviving, think of them as sentients with an animal mindset, they were accidentally made sentient too due to a Ccreepus child who had a weird idea to teach an animal how to make fire. After a very long time of trying to teach it it finally learned. What she didn't know was that that "animal" was to pass down that knowledge to its offspring and discovering a use for it, soon causing the rise of a new sentient species - the Nomids. Society:
Government/s:
Creepus: A form of autocracy where a council of legislators decide on what to advise the Emperor in, and supervise internal matters. Corruption is not much of an issue due to the various ways a legislator can gain office. However, the Emperor always has the final say, which often tends to be what he was advised. Nomid: Primitive cheifdom - the chieftains are chosen by the Nomid with the best qualities.
Affiliation/s:
The Creepus know the Nomids and the Nomids know the Creepus. They don't really mind each other and threat each other like neighbors. The only communications both know how to do with each other are simple gestures. Besides that, they let each other to their stuff and can even visit each other from time to time. The two species have worked together at rare occasions, and the Creepus have tried to introduce them to space one time... now some Nomids live on other planets too thanks to that event... they have been at war once and it kinda ended in a tie...
The Creepus are in massive war with an evil empire called the Zorkans - it is the largest-scale war in all of their history and it isn't even over yet. (I will submit the Zorkans soon)
The Creepus have a few alliances and enemies here and there, mostly chosen by the "dice effect."
The chances of the results of their psychological "dice effect" can be affected by the way one interacts with them. (ie: a peaceful, diplomatic empire would have a much lower chance to be fought than an aggressive one. )
The Nomids sometimes end up in small wars/battles/raids and/or alliances/friendships/trade with other Nomid tribes and occasionally even Creepus cities, clans, towns, etc... It's often something personal.
Creepus accidentally caused the Nomids to become a society but neither party knows it. Religion/s: Creepus:
Atheist Naitsirch : A christian-like religion revolving around a great being of immense and godly powers creating the universe they live in and that he should be worshipped... those who worship him get rewarded with immortality and paradise after death... and those who dont get sent to a hellish place to suffer for eternity.... Cilothac : Similar to Naitsirch and branched off from it too... the Cilothac religion is a Catholic-like a great being who created the universe but only very few creepus will get the reward of immortality and become near powerful to the great being... it also involves the usage of many symbols with different meanings... Stoent : An animist religion revolving around discrete stones. Ovinch : A pantheistic religion revolving around some otherworldly herbivores. Antiovinch : A worldly religion which opposes "Ovinch." Nomid: Atheist : influenced by their survivalistic philosophy)
Important Figures:
Khalix : First emperor of the Creepus, and lead his armies to global unity. Competent in hand-to-hand combat. (I should work on more - Grodog) History:
Creepus: Pre-unification history is unremarkable, one empire conquered the planet and unified it after global warfare. After that they invented warp drives and They were attacked by a star destroying empire (the Zorkans) which they successfully protected their home from and are now at war with... That's about it...
(I should also work on this more - Grodog)
Nomid: They used to be hunted by the Creepus when the Creepus were tribal too, but after that the Creepus reached the medieval era in which both Nomids and Creepus finally noticed they were fighting for no reason. Then they just stopped fighting, and now just threat each other like neighbors. They don't mind if they go into each other's territory, they don't mind that they used to be in war, they only mind if they attack each other for any conflict which they quickly resolve. Besides that, as stated, they just wave a friendly hello to each other and carry on their way. To this day Nomids are still tribal and have made few developments.

Technology: Thyron Federation Fleet AssetsSmall VesselsRanger-Class Interceptor: A rotund, podlike vessel, the 7-meter-long Interceptor is specialized in taking down other small spacecraft with their twin railguns. There is a circular window in the front that provides the flight deck (usually with only one pilot) with visibility; as is standard with Thyron Federation ships, the window is domed and celled to resemble a compound eye. A Ranger has only one hood (orange by standard), which encompasses its entire length, making it look particularly beetle-like. The hydrogen-burning engine is “tucked” under the hood’s rear tip, and extends for two meters into the vessel’s interior.
Rangers are not meant to venture far from, or for long outside, the ships that they dock within. Furthermore, their design, while functioning well in space, performs clumsily within an atmosphere. Due to this, pilots only have three Bemuge days’ worth of food and water, with more emphasis being placed on activating the Interceptor’s distress beacon. Large VesselsDue to their size, larger vessels in the Thyron Fleet both require, and are able to incorporate, more sophisticated safety measures. Due to the risk of their hulls (however thick) being pierced, their interior corridors have airtight “bulkheads” that activate the moment their area of the ship experiences a hull beach, thereby preventing the vacuum of space from sucking out the rest of the ship's air. Meanwhile, a measure against energy discharges (such as solar flares and EMPs) from frying onboard equipment (especially life support), ship hulls are equipped with the Thyrons' basic shielding technology. In addition, these vessels are equipped with FTL drives, along with the powerful computers needed to access the cataloged Thyron Federation jump lanes. Warden-Class Frigate: Wardens are 100 meters in length, and more wide than tall. Each side has 4 railguns atop and below, allowing the ship to make short work of small craft. In addition, each side hosts a forward-facing magnetic cannon (very high-caliber railgun) to deal with large, thick-hulled vessels (as uncommon as it is for subversive groups to procure them).
A Warden’s rear side holds three engines; the middle is the primary engine, while the smaller two surrounding it assist in turning. All three engines have a single hood above them. To help dissipate heat, six heat radiators (designed to resemble insect wings) extend outward from the engines.
Dispatcher-Class Carrier: The Dispatcher, while similar to the Warden, has a few key differences. Instead of railguns, a Dispatcher has two hangars on each side for small vessels, such as Rangers, to dock within. This allows them to be transported at light speed despite them being unable to do so themselves.
Due to the importance of stocking ammunition for Rangers, as well as refraining from weapon installations that could explode (thus risking the hangars' integrity), Dispatchers have no defensive railguns of their own, so protecting them is of upmost importance. Enforcer-Class Heavy Frigate: The strongest spacefaring vessel the Thyrons have to offer, the 500-meter-long Enforcer boasts a combination of firepower and durability that no subversive factions could hope to match. Each side boasts 10 railguns (20 total), and two magnetic cannons at the front (4 total). In addition, much like Dispatchers, Enforcers have two lateral hangars that dock smaller craft. Its immense bulk is propelled by two primary engines, with six secondary engines surrounding them, as well as the usual heat radiators.
Enforcers' most notable aspect is their ability to jump without the use of standard jump lanes by temporarily creating their own. However, the calculations to do so can take days. Still, the temporary lanes last long enough for smaller (preferably friendly) vessels to follow them through, and calculating the return trip takes half the time at most.
Their sheer size means that a single Enforcer (as of 0 ASE) takes at least ten Bemuge years to build.

Re-Write of previous entry so it follows the template All may use but please PM me firstPlanet:Aktar 4 Location:Middle third of Tennebarum Arm Owners: Aktarians Astronomy:Fourth planet from the Aktar Star Geography:Slightly smaller than Earth, with 24% of the planet as land spread across five continents: Bintaway, Asio, Kincatee, Northern Cylo and Southern Cylo Bintaway: An island continent just below the equator about the size of Brazil, the most notable feature is the Basin Jungles; large canyons kind of like the opposite of plateaus, filled with huge trees each having a huge, singular, round leaf on top. Inside the jungles is a network of strange Fungi simply called The Net thrivegame.freeforums.net/thread/1026/net. Animals in this continent are no bigger than Sheep. There are around 200 different species but notable species include the Swopreen, large winged creatures that prey on small animals hiding in The Net, the apex predators of Bintaway. The Colletorus, Reptilian-Sloth like creatures with stalk-eyes that travel to the canopy to collect water; the Scureyoo, small lizard like animals with very long limbs to travel quickly through The Net and the Beetael, a large arthropod that eats waste from the Jungle floor. There are no lakes or rivers, but there is a huge network of underground caves filled with water, which is where most animals (with the exception of the Colletorus and some other species) go to take in water. Despite the diversity and thriving life, this unique ecosystem is very fragile. 90% of organisms in the Basin Jungles depend on The Net, if it were to be removed, the results would be catastrophic.
Asio: Another island continent near the equator, the main region of Asio features large, rock spires that tower hundreds or metres into the air, with swamps and marshland covering the ground areas between them. The outer regions feature rocky jungles and tropical beach land. Because of it's history of large amounts of organic life, there is a lot of oil in the ground. This oil rises up through the rock spires and forms springs at the very top. It's this easy access to oil that helped the planet's Sentient species develop advanced technology so quickly. Just a few of the animals in the region include Aridins, large relatives of the Swopreens that nest on rock spires; Catraries, duck-billed creatures bigger than Elephants with two long arms, each ending with a singular, huge claw for dragging plant material to it's mouth; Dashreys, small carnivorous creatures almost therapod dinosaur-like in appearance with powerful legs that run and jump through the Rocky Jungles and Spire Swamps hunting in packs, often preying on animals such as the Snoutai, a lion sized herbivore with a mouth resembling the snout of an Opabinia, two huge eyes and webbed feet for an amphibious lifestyle. Asio's apex predator, the Gigotorax, is a 15m long amphibious creature that lives in the Spire Swamps and Marshes. It has four short, powerful legs for ambushing. Its head features four eyes, two on the face adapted for underwater vision, the other two on stalks that stick out from the water. Its long, flexible proboscis can also stick out of the water so it can breath and smell incoming prey.
Kincatee: This small continent is a series of islands and seas with the biggest being connected by a land bridge to Asio. Many of the islands feature warm, tropical climates, with the islands getting smaller as you go further out into the ocean. The biggest island, Kincat, and the 5 smaller main islands around it, feature dense jungle similar to rain forests and jungles on Earth. Main species include the Spitocadact, an aerial creature resembling a Pterosaur which has two funnels on each side of its head to eject long range acidic spit. Family groups and packs can sometimes be seen having dogfights with other groups over territory. On the ground, a rhino sized, armoured, reptilian herbivores called Hootars feature a spiked shells, and a mouths like the Omnivore cell mouth in Spore. Their hoots and whistles are means of long and short range communication and they are surprisingly intelligent despite their passive look. Omnivorous, tree-dwelling relatives of the Dashreys called Socidonts live in treetop communities while trying to avoid the red eyes of the Spitocadacts. The islands in the middle of the huge archipelago feature a mix of forests, plains, tropical forests, and volcanic islands, each island having many unique species of life (kind of like a supersized version of the Galapagos). The small islands near the edge of the ocean are very interesting; the life on these islands is very primitive, like a snapshot of the first land animals. Even though there has been terrestrial life on Aktar 4 for 200 million years, these islands remain almost untouched from evolution. It is this natural phenomenon (combined with the oil spires) that will make Aktar 4 a very popular planet when a Galactic "society" begins to emerge as more civilisations take to the stars.
Northern/North Cylo: A continent shaped similar to Russia with a climate of Canada. The lower regions feature more lakes and forests while the higher regions have more mountains and tundra. Some of the animals (mainly herbivores) in this continent can be compared to ice-age mega-fauna from Earth. Starting from the lower regions near the land bridge that connects North and South Cylo, the climate is mild, with mostly grasslands and lakes. Animals are either big or fast to defend themselves from Spritanoes; long legged carnivores the size of T-Rex. Moving up to the centre, there are much more forests and the temperature can range from 5oc to 25oc. Many large herbivores from the plains can also be seen in this continent. A bulkier relative to the Spritanoes, the Bultry prefers strength over speed when it comes to hunting. In northern regions, some of the large herbivorous creatures from the forests move to the mountains. Valleys that can be compared to the French Alps in Summer host a range of different creatures at different levels. In the valley forests, you can see some large herbivores from lower down the continent, but also new predators like the Slassar, a vicious predator with very long claws and teeth. Further up the mountainsides, the area is populated with spruce forests and some waterfalls. These forests host a very unique carnivore, the Feathdact. Its appearance is basically a Deinonychus with bird wings instead of arms. These animals are highly intelligent, and it's possible that if the Aktarians (the sentient species, more below) had not evolved first, Feathdacts would be the dominant sentient species of Aktar 4. If you put it into Thrive perspectives, the Feathdacts could be in the Awakening stage. Perhaps if the Aktarians ever leave the planet, the Feathdacts will take their place. In the Arctic Semi-Circle (there's not enough land for it to be a circle) you can find the Polar Slassar; 30m long, six limbed, whale-like creatures called Bluboonodons; a white, long-snouted relative of the Feathdact called Peircrods which hunt six limbed seal like creatures called Balodons.
Southern/South Cylo: The southern region of this continent is mainly deserts and scrubland. Only small animals live here. In the middle of the continent, the environment is mostly savanna and valleys. The animals in this region include the Titanosaur-sized Quakreo; the armoured Armorodon and the very fast Velocirodon. It's in these valleys that the Aktarians evolved. Just as Humans are part of the Great Apes, Aktarians are part of a group that contains the long legged predators seen in South Cylo and some southern regions of North Cylo (the Spritanoes are part of this group). Aktarian's ancestors, the Maniplates, had two long legs and two long arms with six digits on each hand. Being small (compared to other members of the Family) it began to find it was struggling to compete with its relatives. One had piercing hand claws that could go through the Armorodon's armour (Prodonoe). Another species could catch up to Velocirodons (Spritanoe). The Maniplates were not as fast or strong, and they ended up having to scavenge off other relative's kills. Over the centuries, Maniplates had to get smarter to find new ways of stealing food. Having to be able to carry and rip pieces of food meant their fingers became more articulated and more complicated wrists developed very quickly. Eventually, Maniplate groups would take in turns to scavenge food, leaving some individuals at home to explore. Free time. Free time to think, free time to experiment, free time to think: "What if I threw this rock at something?". It is this that caused the rise of the Aktarians.
Map: Creatures:See continent descriptions for specific animals. On Aktar 4, there are a few Kingdoms of life unique compared to other planets in the Galaxy. Animals and Plants are both present, but another group, which scientists are unsure evolved from plants or animals, are the Plastos. Plastos have to appearance of an animal but get energy in ways similar to plants, with Chloroplasts, Thermoplasts and other non-consumption methods. Due to the primitive evolution and adaptations, they are rarely seen anymore on the planet (with the exception of the Time Locked Isles). Sapients:Aktarians Distribution: 5-6 star systems, near their own system. Tech Level: FTL technology, like many space civillisations. Advanced bio and terra-forming tech, many experimental-yet to be used bio weapons. Estimated Population: 30 Billion Biology:

The government controls products/business etc. but there are multiple parties. It focuses more on the trade and combat side of the species. The Asioan Empire, A communist government with the belief of advancement. It is a dictatorship, but the people have the same views as the government. Males are yellow with black stripes and black feathers. Females are green with grey feathers. Picture: Society:
Tribal lifestyle in mountain forests. Villages are a network of tree houses so they are safe from the Slassars that patrol the land for prey. A nation generally includes all the villages in one valley, with neighbouring valleys often fighting or trading with each other. History: Before The Great War, Feathdacts did not yet use tools and lived in hunting packs of 4-8. During The Great War however, the NCE enslaved masses of Feathdacts to mine an explosive material in the mountains. Once the war had ended, the USC and Asioan Empire both declared the feathdacts a protected species. With Aktarian help, Feathdacts began to use tools and build villages until they no longer needed help. they have lived peacefully in the mountains since then.

Hey guys! I know you must be at least a little annoyed that I haven't updated this in a while. I do try to but I keep putting it off because organizing this stuff is really not enjoyable. The work I have been doing on it recently is transferring them to Google Docs, one for each category (e.g. sapients.) But thinking it over today, I think that Mitobox's suggestion of using the Community Wiki is the best option: Images are easier to put in, you can have a whole page to a species and best of all, you can write it in yourselves and not have to wait for me.
Therefore, there are going to be some changes. You will still apply in this thread as usual so I can determine whether the addition fits the atmosphere of the Thrive Universe. If you see your additions name appear in the list on the catalogue thread, then that means it has been approved and you can go ahead and create a wiki page. So, anyone who has a species in the TU already can make a wiki page whenever they like. Please PM me here when you do. I will not delete the information in the catalogue page for quite some time, just in case.
Now, go forth and create a universe!
