Evolution of Circulatory Systems

Warning: This isn't really science in the hard sense, but it is kind of a scientific discussion
As you may know, I have a notebook game for guiding a single celled organism to planetary dominance, and lately I've been trying very hard to get exceptional detail in evolutionary steps. As I've gotten to finer and finer details, I realized that not only do I have a poor understanding of how many systems may have evolved, but the internet is somewhat vague about it. I have been trying to illustrate the steps, and I've come up with a few interesting ways that circulatory systems could develop.
Another important note is that this is all speculative evolution, and does not reflect actual research into the real-world story behind vascular development.
And I really don't think that even these follow specifically enough, so please let me know what steps seem to be missing, what steps seem like leaps of logic, and what other methods of vascular development you can think of!
