I think I'll try and re-roll for mitochondria before all the free-floating ones die.
Seeing that the dissolved sugars are going away, I think the heterotrophic microbes are going to have to get a little more, well, predatory in their search.
Also, +2 to bigyihsuan.

This time I'll go for microscopic mouth. +2 to zer1000.
EDIT: I would appreciate if someone would give +2 EDIT 2: Since zer1000 was actually evolved his part +2 to Deandactyl (sorry if I spelled name wrong) EDIT 3: Thanks Redwatt

Damn you chance gods! *curls cilia in a fist and shakes it angrily at the air* Hm... *looks at it* Can I improve my cilia?

I don't really have much else to evolve as a single cell. Time to go multicellular. Also, +2 to Theredtardis.

zer1000Vacuoles: 1 + 2 = 3 | No effect Description: This species is very close to dying out. It has barely any mechanisms of survival and is unable to easily find food. Past Adaptations: Mitochondria Conservation Status: CR wait, only one +2? both Mitobox and deandactyl game me +2. And I guess I will go with Flagellum this time. +2 to deandactyl because he is not doing that well again. Wow, terribly sorry about that. I'll fix your description when I get home.

Round 4 ( Round 3; Round 5) Event: After millions of years of over-exploitation, the once rich in nutrients water has become bare, filled with only salts and excess compounds. Species that relied on the water for their nutrient uptake have gone extinct. Others were still severely affected. The dice gods just keep on hating. stealthstylelPredatory Pilus: 6 + 2 + 2 = 10 | Super Evolution! Description: This species has developed a predatory pilus that sticks out the front if its cell. This pilus is basically a repurposed flagellum, with only a few differences: unlike a flagellum the pilus is rigid and hollow; it is also slightly wider. In addition to this, however, this stealthy cell has developed an enzyme that it can inject into other cells through its pilus. This enzyme heads straight for membrane, quickly cutting the lipid bilayer into multiple chunks. All that is then left to do is to slurp up the spilled compounds. Past Adaptations: Flagellum Mitochondria (20% efficiency) Conservation Status: LC bigyihsuanFlagellum: 3 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 9 | Super Evolution! Description: This cell has developed a flagellum that allows it to move quickly though the water. However, this flagellum is different from those on other species. Because it consists of 13 rather than 9 microtubular doublets on the outside, this species is able to swim almost twice as fast as the other organisms, making it the fastest cell in the sea. If this wasn’t enough, this cell has also developed a way to move its flagella around as hands to check its surroundings and to pull compounds close to it. Nonetheless, it has no reliable way of engulfing and digesting prey, which stops this species from thriving. Past Adaptations: Mitochondria Conservation Status: EN mitoboxMitochondria: 1 = 1 | Extremely negative Description: This species has formed a relationship with a black prokaryote; however, unlike thermoplasts which produce free energy, these parasitic cells use up the energy, eventuality eating this cell from the inside out. Past Adaptations: Vacuole Thermoplast Conservation Status: EN atroxAntifreeze: 3 = 3 | No effect Description: This species has not changed at all since its previous generations. Past Adaptations: Cilia Vacuoles Mitochondria Conservation Status: ?? deandactylCillia: 1 + 2 + 2 = 5 | As expected Description: This organism has pushed some of its microtubules on the outside, effectively creating cilia. These protrusions move the cell forward, allowing it to actively gather found instead of hoping it will swim in its mouth. Still, the species doesn’t have a way of digesting large food particles, or even absorbing them. Past Adaptations: Mitochondria Conservation Status: EN redwatt50Multicellular: 3 = 3 | No effect Description: This species has not changed at all since its last generation. Past Adaptations: Chloroplast Mitochondria More Dense Conservation Status: NT zer1000Flagellum: 5 = 5 | As expected Description: This species has developed a way to propel itself. This allows this species to find food and to run away from predators (which are growing more and more dangerous with each generation). Nonetheless, it cannot absorb large particles into its membrane and digest them. Past Adaptations: Mitochondria Vacuoles Conservation Status: EN theredtardisPhagocytosis (tell me if this is not what you meant): 3 + 2 = 5 | As expected Description: This species has changed its DNA to respond to the stimulus of a smaller cell being located nearby. After sensing such a cell, this species assess the danger level and then begins moving its microtubules around the cell. Often times, such cells don’t even notice they are being absorbed. However, this method has backfired slightly; although the Protobactum Tardus is able to ingest smaller cells, it has no way of digesting them. This eventually causes the storage space of this species to be filled and the cell to self-destruct. Past Adaptations: Flagellum Mitochondria Conservation Status: VU

Something black that steals things? Really, dude? That a race joke or something? Wait, based on what I'm doing this round... +2 to deandactyl. I want to go multicellular. Also may I request a +2 from someone?
By the way, do we have any information on the planet above? Or will we find out when the first of us reaches land?
can I split my +2 and give it to big and redwatt as a thank you to them
